It went great! Rainy season had both of my tenant's houses leaking water. The first house had been leaking for a loooong time (maybe 8-10 years). I had various fixes over those years but they turned out to be temporary fixes. The contractor whom I bought the house from attached a separate garage to the house; this is where the leaks plagued me.
The second house has a newer metal roof which leaked over the house's side porch. 
I called multiple roofers to give me quotes but maybe because it was rainy season they didn't show  up. Drew was the only roofer to show up. He was able to coordinate with the tenant(s) and fix the garage/house roof for $350. On the metal house he determined the the metal flashing the joins the side porch to the house was not deep or wide enough. He constructed a metal flashing over 15' long and inserted it under the metal roof proper. The flashing constructed needed to match the color of the roof (Patriot Red).
I am deeply grateful that Drew made time to determine and fix my problem as my tenant concern (and houses) are a top priority to me.
Also kudos to Jeannie (scheduler) for being kind and patient in helping me.

We purchased the roof tune up which came with the $100 credit. Given that the roof tune up was already included, it surprised me how much the repair around the chimney cost given that we also had the $100 credit. I was also disappointed that while during the estimate I was shown pictures from the roof of things that needed to be fixed, I was not shown any pictures after the work was done to see how it was actually addressed. Our house is a 2-story so it is difficult for me to gain access and check it out myself.

Pretty much all around they were good but I did find that I had one minor problem with them.  Overall I thought their response and the way they went about their work was very good.  Actually I called them back recently may be two months ago regarding the roof.  The owner himself came out and handled the problem so that was very good.  He came out on a weekend and I even called him back and said that I didn't think that it was even his problem but he said he will still come out.  He got up on the roof and it was actually the stack for my gas water heater that had blown off.  He fixed it and made a comment that when I bought his roof, I bought him for life.  He was very good and a very nice man.  They came in with the best price.  The roof was very well done.  It wound-up being a two day job and they told me they will be back but I wound-up having to call them because they didn't show up.  It would have been okay with me if they had to call me back and say they had a problem on another job which they didn't think was going to take that long and let me know.  They said they would get here and did it when they said they would.  The person in charge and the whole crew were pretty good.  I would recommend them to anybody and I thought they did an outstanding job.

Purchased the 'Roof Tune-Up' for $77 on Angie's list. Was supposed to be a value worth of $200 of services, but only received an additional quote of $184 (in addition to the prepaid $77. The team came out with a caulk gun and a leaf blower and spent 30-40 minutes and were done. So the value of promotion of $200 services plus I paid an additional $184. Pretty expensive caulk!

Contacted numerous roofers to get an estimate on having our roof replaced. Some could only come out to provide an estimate during the day, which would require us to take time off for work each time. Drew was very flexible and able to come out late in the afternoon to inspect my roof and provide an estimate and he arrived on time.
He was also the only roofer who provided additional information on solar vents, brochures, warranty information, possible rebates or tax credits,.... a full packet of information. Some other roofers only gave a ballpark figure and nothing in writing and wanted large deposits up front.  
His office was very friendly when we called with additional questions after his initial visit and got back to us with answers to our questions within the hour.
Drew came out a 2nd time to bring a sample of shingle and go over proposal in more detail with both homeowners and discuss when we could schedule roof to be replaced. He provided proof of insurance and his staff has responded very quickly when it comes to providing information to us.
He also didn't ask for a large deposit up front before the work begins and we found his payment schedule to be very reasonable.
We got several prices- some that were much higher and one that was lower, but for all of the work that needs to be done, which includes both a shingle roof and a flat roof, we feel the value of what Drew Roofing offers is very good and the level of service we have experienced to date has been excellent.
We will provide an update once the new roof is completed.

Scheduling was not an issue but responsiveness after the visit is.  We were to have an email with the cost of repairs right away.  To date no response and follow up emails are not answered.  With the lack of response I have no confidence that the job would be done in a timely manner.  I

I bought a simple roof repair leak and ended up paying $450.00 for various unnecessary repairs at what I viewed as too high of a price. The original repair that I requested was not fixed. I would not recommend this company to others.

Drew inspected our roof in May 2013,we were leaving in a few weeks to go North,so the work was completed after we left.
.I liked Drew, I think he treated me fair and he told me the roof should be in good shape for several more years now that he has finished the job. We have no leaks.

I had a leak in my roof where the pitched roof meets a flat roof covering my patio. I had several roofing companies give estimates to repair this leak. The estimates and proposals I received were quite different with regard to price and approach to fixing the leak. The prices ranged from $320 to focus on the leak repair to $2000 to basically replace a rather large section of the roof. Drew was the only roofer who focused specifically on the leak and gave an estimate that was about a third of the price of the nearest competitor. Drew and his entire team were very prompt and responsive and his office had very good follow-up. Ironically, I received a bill in the mail for the $320 on the same day as we had a very heavy rain storm. I was more than happy to send payment as there was no sign of any leaks! I would certainly use Drew Roofing again and they will be my first call when my entire roof needs replaced in a years.

He did a great job for us. He called us right away and he came out and did the inspection of the roof and ended up doing extra work for us.

I choose this company because of their Angies List score and I was not disappointed. Drew was on time for roof inspection. He looked at the problem I knew I had and then pointed out other things that needed to be taken care as well. There were several shingles with exposed nail heads that will eventually rust away and allow a leak at that point. Also the ridge vent was not properly installed. Crew was a little late, said they got lost, but went right to work, did what they were supposed to and walked me around the roof to explain what they had done. Cleaned up and urged me to follow up if there was any further problem. Cost seemed a little high for the time involved but then everything seems a little to high these days. I'm happy!

They were very responsive, coming on short notice in time for a sale appraisal.  They were the only company that would paint as well as repair the soffits.  They worked quickly and did a nice job for a fair price.

It rained so it took them about 3 days.  A couple of other companies I called said they didn't do asbestos and quoted me upwards of 13k.  I have a big jungle garden w plants growing up the wall and none of them were touched.  They did an excellent job and were nice people.  I got a good price from them compared to what I was used to. My asbestos roof was from 1941 and that's what they had to deal with, didn't try to extract extra money.  I would recommend them to others.

I drove by their business the other day. Their business was so clean and spotless. The owner is a really sweet man and his receptionist is sweet too!

Took approximately 90 minutes, fixed cracks in some tiles, inspected gutters and soffits. We were so impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection service that we had Drew Roofing come back to do repair and replacement of all broken tiles on the roof. That cost was $340.  We had the replacement tiles on hand..

We had a bit of a problem agreeing on price, but once that was resolved, Drew came out right away.  Unfortunately, I cannot tell how good the repairs are because it has not rained since the work was done.

Very thorough job. Fairly priced, efficient work and good workmanship. I recommend them!

Everything went well. Not only did they fix the problem area, but they also repaired another spot on the roof that had the same issue.

The service was great and the price was fair.  They were on time and right on top of their game. They cleaned up well and I have absolutely no complaints with the service.

I have used Drew Roofing since I moved into this house in 2008.   He is the only roofer I called that gave me an estimate that was not only reasonable but went up on the roof and checked out not only the area where the leak was but the entire roof and then spent the time talking me through what needed to be done and why.   
The estimate was for removing the tiles, fixing the leak and then reusing those same tiles.  Unfortunately, the way the former roofer put on the tiles made the tiles un-usable.   And the job took twice as long to complete because it was more severe than Drew thought originally once he got the tiles off.   
I offered to compensate him for having to obtain new tiles as well as the additional time - considering that it wasn't part of the original estimate and he declined saying that the original estimate stood.  I was amazed as I knew he had lost money.  The next time I had a leak, I figured he would make up the cost - but NO!  The next estimate was just as reasonable.  His work was so good that I couldn't tell that he had been up there at all - despite having to replace the tiles - again.
Drew is honest, professional and his team is very good at what they do.   They give detailed estimates and are good to their word.  This is rare in my experience and to be commended and applauded in this economy and in these times.  I trust Drew Roofing.  That is the best compliment I can give.
