Pretty smooth sailing, we made an appointment for them to come and asked them to take pictures for us as this was a rental property across the country from us.  Did great work and did the whole roof in 2 days.
They include a 10 yr warranty and offered a 25 yr upgrade for very little money.

He arrived an hour early, and I wasn't home, so he went to Home Depot, and came back, still was 1/2 hour early, but I was home.
He cut the cupola to fit the roof, and 2 more men arrived to help install it. Took about an hour, one man stayed on the ground to make sure the cupola lined up with the roof line. Really nice guys, very professional.

Although I stressed it was a 2 story house, crew arrived with a single ladder too short to reach 2nd story roof.
Had to reshedule to do the repairs. I was satisfied with their work.

The job was done very carefully and professionally with each step explained.  We originally thought the pool cage would have to be pulled away but Drew Roofing was able to do the work without pulling the pool cage supports away just unscrewing it from the fascia.

Owner visited the job site, determined location of new vent penetration and marked same.  Told me his crew would be at my house the next day to do the job.  Crew leader called to let me know specific time they would be on the job.  They arrived on time, consulted with me to confirm the scope of work.  Got on the roof, did the work without any disruption.  I paid the owner later that day.  We've had numerous hard rains here since the work was completed - no leaks, no problems.

I had a roof leak for over two years that no one could seem to find except Drew Roofing. It was a slow but damaging leak that was hard to find. I spoke to many roofers. Some who never called me back. Some who never showed and some that claimed they could do the work but could not. I joined Angie's List just for this job and immediately found Drew Roofing. They were very professional and did the job they said they would do. I can't say enough about this company. If you are looking a company with honesty and integrity, look no further. You'll see, just call them. You won't be disappointed.
