The experience went well. I was installing my own new toilet. Somehow the water supply line inside of the wall busted and water came flowing out of the wall. I called him at mid-night 12:00 am and he was at my house within 30 minutes.

They showed up on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They replaced my 21 year old water heater and repaired a broken iron flange under the toilet in my main bathroom.  The toilet supply valve had a very slow drip so they went ahead and replaced it so it wouldn't be a problem in the future, caulked the toilet and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and professional and worked quickly together as a team. They answered all of my questions and did a great job.  
They may not be the cheapest company in town but, I've found, you really do get what you pay for.  These guys arrived on time and did what they were hired to do and they did it correctly.  That's worth every penny!!

Apollo was excellent.  I inquired about having my water heater replaced on Sunday, they responded the same day and made the appointment for Tuesday, and 2 days later I had a brand new water heater.  The crew was very punctual, did the work in just 1 hour, provided a quality install, and were very professional.

I will use Apollo for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Apollo Plumbing did a great job removing a leaking water heater and replacing with an equivalent Rheem water heater.  Two gentlemen arrived within the coordinated time frame and spent a couple of hours pulling the old unit out of the garage and installing the new unit.  All debris was removed from the property.
I also had the need to change out an antiquated main water valve.  In addition there was excess piping from a previous water softner that I wanted removed.  This wasn't scheduled to be done, but Apollo didn't hestitate to provide me with a solution of both a new valve and professionally cutting away the excess piping for an additional, nominal fee.
All "A" grades above were solidy earned.

Alex and his partner researched my gas water heater, discovered that I was still under warranty, and replaced it the same day. They were punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

It went well. Apollo was able to do the job a day earlier due to a cancellation. Alex Otteni did the install for us and he was great. Answered all of our questions and had everything done in less than 2 hours. Glad we found Apollo in Angie's List. Highly recommend.

The workers were EARLY! They were waiting for me when I came home for lunch, about 10 min before appointment time. They were great, professional and respectful of my animals. They were quick and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. We would definitely use them again.

It went well. They did a good job. EDIT*** On 8/5/2015, I discovered they had left a large burn about 3 by 4 inches in my cabinet. The first time they were not able to find the switch to turn on the hot water and told me i needed an electrician. The electrician informed me that the switch for the hot water was right in front. When I called Apollo back, I got a very rude person. I just wanted to tell the technician about the switch as it is a common thing in Florida homes. The owner called me back, and I explained the problem to him. He assured me he would tear up the check for that visit. I had another job for my fridge. They were supposed to be there at 8:30 in the morning. They said they were supposed to come from existing line, which I had no idea about. They had to have another technician to bring an additional part. Those technicians worked on several jobs for me. It smelled like smoke when they came back in, which I attributed to the welding smell. I believed him, but when I went to put away the groceries, I found the hole that they had tried to cover up.
