The roof was installed as soon as approval was given. Unexpected heavy rains interrupted the installation; parts of the bare roof were exposed to the weather, and some interior water damage occurred. Sunshine Roofing repaired all damage successfully, and the roof itself was completed in a timely manner. Since the roof has been installed, we have noticed increased interior comfort when the home's air conditioning is in use, and significantly lowered utility bills. We attribute this to the use of top-grade underlayment and shingles. We consider this to be a successful installation, and would recommend Sunshine Roofing as a reliable and ethical contractor.

Mr. Pacetti is very professional, showed up on time for the estimate, provided the estimate in a timely manner. The work was performed when it was suppose to be performed. The work crew was very professional, helpful, and very hard working. No complaints. This is the second time I have used Sunshine Roofing to replace a roof. I used Sunshine Roofing on my old house that I had before I placed it on the market in March of 2015.

They fix the leak. They did a good job.

All three places continued to leak, though not as badly. I went with what seemed an expensive repair over a roof replacement because Chuck said he would give a 5 year warranty. He did return and fix the first two spots that continued to leak, but then has refused to return my calls over the last 2 months. The third spot that continues to leak has caused paint to peel off our dining room wall, and mold to grow on the wood. I cannot repair the wall until the leak is fixed, and Chuck apparently sees that it is me calling and refuses to answer the phone. I have left three or four messages. I also hired him to replace a roof on a rental property a couple of years ago. That job seemed fine, but I cannot recommend him because he apparently does not fully honor his warranty, and acts unprofessionally when it is something he does not want to deal with.

Called and set up an appointment with Chuck to get an estimate for a new roof for our house. The day and time came he was suppose to show up, he doesn't show. I waited 20 minutes past our appointment time to call him. No answer, I left a message. It took an additional 40 minutes for a call back with the excuse he forgot to put our appointment in his books. He did apologize and offered to reschedule We declined because if I can't get you to show up on time for an estimate appointment there is no way I am going to give them thousand's of dollars to replace a roof. In my opinion this is unprofessional and shows an unorganized company.

Chuck answered the first telephone call, was able to inspect the repair the next day, sent me an estimate the following day, and performed the work a few days later. Easy communication and no hassles.
