Cannot recommend or give this company a favorable review. Showed up over three hours later for appointment scheduled at 10am without as much as a phone call or reasonable explanation for the inconsiderate and extremely long delay........Did not complete all the work agreed upon in the written estimate............Called to collect payment and said if not completely satisfied to make sure to let them know.........Last contact with them was on April 21 to let them know they didn't complete all the work and have not had a callback from anyone. It's been over a month now that has passed and I waited to post this review simply to show the lack of sincerity and false claims. If you want service better than this, my recommendation is bypass, find and use someone else. There ARE others out there that will appreciate their customers and the business they bring.

The service went very well, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

These people should not be in business. Zach came by to give me an estimate the previous week. We went through what I wanted done and I pointed out specifics, he writes down the estimate then once again we go over what we wanted to achieve. Once done with that Zach hands me the work order and tells me to sign. I looked at him funny because all the estimates I've previously gotten, not one of them told me to sign. Of course I read it before I would sign, and it was a concent for service! I told him I just wanted an estimate and he said "but you said 'fine'". I explained to him that I never said "fine" and how could he take that as yes, I accept your bid?! Then he keep on me until I talked him down to a resonable quote (the original quote was twice as high as my others). It was still higher than my lowest, but they couldn't come out til June. After he left, I realized he tried to trick me into signing! And it only got worse from there. So, they come out the following Tuesday to do the work. I get a call from them wanting there payment but, I wanted to see it first before I paid, so I made a special trip up to the house (I was out of town). They wanted the money before Thursday so she could do payroll. I get to the house and broke down in tears. It looked horrendous! I immediately called to see the heck happened, she didn't know and said the guy who worked the job would call in the morning. This is what I saw.....the large tree in front was down (the ONLY thing that was done as disscussed), a little tree by the fence looked like it was hacked down in the process, a bolder was in pieces and there was wood chips, large chucks of wood and drink bottles laying around. The wrong limb on my live oak was cut and they decimated my once beautiful walnut tree. I was so upset I didn't sleep, and was still upset when they called in the am. I wanted answers! He said he would come out and cut the right limb, but didn't seem to care that I was upset about what had happened with anything else. My impression was that they didn't care. I immediately called the office, to speak with the supervisor. The previous call had upset me further and she acted like she didn't really care either. The discussion escalated (there was no foul language or name calling on either part) quickly as she started to scream at me about the guys and the powers lines, as if it were my fault they were there, insisted I did not have a walnut tree, insisted they cut the right limb on the live oak, then I got yelled at because she said the work order was not clear. She said I should have read the contract I signed and made sure the work order was clear (LOL)! I read it and the way Zach explained it to me, it was clear. I expressed my dimay about the workers going in blindly and if they didn't feel the orders were clear, they should of called. Her response...."call Zach and yell at him". She asked what do I want and I told her I didn't feel like paying her a penny for the horrendous job and service and she said if I didn't want to pay then she wasn't going to come out and finish the job, I said that was fine. End of the pone call. My boyfriend, who was also listening, and I were mortified by her accusations, inability to take resposibility, and lack of professionalism. Where I would find refuge in my once beautiful yard, I see eye sores, viods, where there were once beauty. It's one thing to lose trees to safety and/or disease, but another to lose them to ignorance. These trees will not grow back over night, if ever. The damage left behind far exceeds the cost of the job. I was givin a list, from another tree service, of agencies to file complaints with but, unfortunately since no money was exchanged and until there is an attempt to collect on their part, I have little recourse. Until then, the only thing I can do is share my experience and hope that no one else has to endure, with this company, what I have. I feel, as a woman doing this on my own, that I was taken advantage of. I should of taken heed from the complaints filed with the BBB. They took 3 large limbs (down to trunk) from my walnut tree, it was not "trimmed". There was only a 5 foot section that was even remotely near the roof, that was all that was to be trimmed. 2. I NEVER said or implied that I wanted money beyond the $1,500. 3. They never removed the right lead in the oak, in fact they never removed a lead on that tree what so ever, all they did was trim up some branches on the wrong lead. 4. She even stated the order was not clear, yet they still proceded with the work. 5. I was there all weekend, so no one came out to confirm anything. 6. Again, their inabilitiy to take responsibility (owning up to their mistakes) should make anyone weary about doing buisness with this company.

Spoke with Jim who scheduled to come out today. When they showed up they said they could not do the job because they didn't have the equipment. Why would someone give an estimate on the work, show up and then not be able to complete the work?

A crew of four (five if you count a guy who came later to pick up some remaining pine logs) made quick work out of what I thought was a pretty large job. They were having some troubles with there chipper but were able to work through it. They did a pretty good job of cleaning and raking up all the loose twigs and larger chips. I thought the price was pretty reasonable for what they did.

Excellent! (1) Estimator was on site less than an hour after my phone call to company. (2) Tree was removed the next day. (3) Stump was ground up the following day.

Gentleman responded fairly rapidly gave me and estimate for the work I needed he was very pleasant and funny. He told me the job would be done the next day which was a nice surprise,but he never gave me a tiime, so I had to wait around not knowing when they would come. They showed up around 12:30, my husband and I were busy doing electrical work so couldn't keep an eye on them. Before we know it they were gone, they did clean up nicely, but when I looked at the tree it still had many dead limbs on it! I called immediately and they said they would call right back, they never did!

They are fast and they clean-up afterwards. I think that they are a little high. They do the job when they come out and are prepared to do all of the stuff at once. Then they are out of here. We have used them twice. They are a little high, but they are good at their job. They are dependable, we had a branch hanging over our pool and they came out the next day and removed it. They were very courteous and did not charge me for having to come back out. They know all about trees. I will continue to use them.

I left online messages with three tree service companies requesting estimates on tree service. Only USA Tree Service responded. A representative called within an hour and told me someone would be at my home before noon the same day. We agreed upon a price and one of their crews came to my home on time and did the work promised. They cleaned up after themselves and were all very professional.

They were phenominal. I couldn't beat the price they were very reasonable. The owner aqctualy called me to give me a heads up to let me know they were on there way, but they were already here. Tutt' crew came out had all there equipment. They asked for permission to back the truck up into the driveway. I have never seen such a crew! They were so professional. I even called the owner Caren and told her I was very impressed. When it was done they walked through made sure everything was ok, they cleaned up. You would have never known I had a crew at my home. First class guys working they were just awesome. I will be calling back!!

Extremely professional, very detailed. Arrived approximately 10 minutes within scheduled time. Went over details with respect to all work that was to be completed. Explained why some cuts were made in specific areas of the trees. Removed very large limbs that hung over the roof of the house in several areas and removed a tree. Completely cleaned the areas when they were done.

I have used this company pretty close to the start of their business ( a couple of years) and gave them most all of my business through my property management company to help them out becuase they worked hard and were very punctual, timely and reasonable. Karen promised me they would be out to provide the estimate but I had to make several return calls because they failed to do so as promised and when I finally did get a price and a date from Karen to perform, they never showed. I made 4 more calls in the series of 3 weeks and each time Karen apologized, assured me they would be out to complete but never showed. I finally arranged the work with another company. I was very, very disappointed. I have referred them out all over the county to others and am now not certain if I would use them or refer others to them again.

USA showed up on time, their crew was very timely in removing the trees in less time than estimated. The trees, all brances, hedge clippigs, and stump shaviing were cleaned off the lawn. There was one tree stump that did not settle as expected so USA returned when requested and not only lowered the stump to my satisfaction but ground two large roots extending from the removed stump, all at no additional charge. USA made a follow up call to insure I was satisfied with the service performed and offered to return if I was not.

USA did not show up when they said they would. Scheduled time was for 12 noon and they show up at my house at 4:45 and the estimate they gave me was ridiculous high. USA wanted $1200.00 to remove bushes and 3 tall thin tree's. I call another company and they came out the next day when they where suppose to and got all the work done in 5 hours for only $550.00. I will never call USA again.

Even though I did not use them to do my tree work they were very punctual in coming to give an estimate and were very good with follow up calls to see if I needed any further information. The main reason I did not use them was strictly cost. I found another company who did the job for less money. I will keep them on my list and may end up using them in the future.

Responsive and professional. Have not decided yet if we will get the work done.

The man came to give me an estimate on April 8, 2013, which was on a Monday. On the estimate that I was given he said that the crew would be out on Wed., Thurs., or Fri. of that week. They did not come on any of those days. I called on Monday, April 15th to find out when they would be here. They told me they would come either Wed. or Thurs. of that week. Did not come. I let it go another week without calling to see if they would come. They did not. On Monday, April 28, I was about to cancel the job, but they called and said they would be out that day. They did came and did a great job. I was very pleased with the job they did. They cleaned up as good as could be expected. I told them that I would put a check in the mail the next day, which I did. The next day while I was out doing errands, they called the house. My wife answered the phone and the person on the other end asked, "Where's the money"? She told them that I sent out a check that day and they hung up. To sum up . . . they need to do some work on their customer relations as I was disappointed with how they handled the deal. HOWEVER, I was more than pleased with the job they did.

The guy came out a couple of times. He was really nice. It is probably why I am going with them. They were good. They try to accommodate you.

We had a 50 ft. Queen Palm blown over by a storm that came through on Sunday. It snapped in two places: 8 ft. from the ground and also approximately 20 ft. from the crown. I called USA Tree Service at 9AM on Monday, the estimator arrived before 10:30 to assess what needed to be done. On Tuesday just after 9AM two gentleman arrived with a flat bed and a medium sized front loader with a claw-like apparatus that picked up the upper portion of the tree, while the rest was cut into manageable sections for disposal. The tree was cleanly cut as close to the soil line as was possible. They cleaned up the damaged Azalea and hauled away the debris leaving the area so neat you would have never know there had been any damage done. We have used USA for tree trimming several times in the past and it has always been a positive experience.

'Called then for an estimate to remove overhanging trees and Remove or trim the rest of the trees on the property. They came back promptly with the quote. Basically remove 1 medium and 5 small trees and trim over the house. I asked if the orange trees could be saved, and one was past saving and one would be OK. I am in NJ and really had to take their word for what had to be done, as they were going to deny my insurance because of the overhanging limbs. They did the work when they said they would and left the place spotless, ground the stumps nicely. The only issue I had were minor, as the trimming of the front bushes was a bit rough with deadwood still in the bush/tree/whatever it is, the orange tree had not been trimmed of a couple dead branches (I will do in 5 minutes with a pole saw.) I originally told them to leave any sizable logs for the fire pit. They said the wood was stacked next to the house and I told them they can take it if they want. They said they would the next day. In the interim, I sent a local friend over to get the wood if he wanted it. Wood was gone early next morning before my buddy got there at 7am. Can't really say there was an issue with the wood, as long as it was gone. Did talk to them on a subsequent follow up call they gave me for other services and mentioned the orange tree. He said it wasn't on the work order. Guess there was a bit of miscommunication on that. Said he would look into it.

Went great. Workers friendly, professional, very skilled. Removed the debris completely and quickly.

USA Tree Service said they would provide firewood free of cost when I call them. I am not ready for the firewood yet.

Our beautiful red oak suddenly died about a month ago. During a recent windstorm, large branches came crashing down. Although the tree was recently green, it was clearly dead and rotting. I called USA Tree Service and Jim was came over within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a quote and, because of the cost, I told him I was going to check around. He said no problem and did not pressure me. I checked with another guy, who left his card in my door one day as he was driving by and noticed the dead tree. He would do it for much less but I was suspicious. I followed up on his license and insurance and decided to go with USA Tree Service. The crew showed up on time. I believe it took them longer than they originally thought to take the tree down because it was a very unsafe tree. I was amazed at how much work it was to take the tree down. It was overhanging my fence, shed and house and they took it down with no damage to any of my property. I thought to myself what would have happened if I went with the low cost bidder on this. The outcome would not have been good. The crew was the best, very professional and friendly. They cleaned everything up before they left. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

Overall the guys who came out to trim my trees did a great job. What I did not like they were supposed to be at the house on Thrusday and did not show up. I got a voice mail saying they could not come out cause their wood chipper broke. When they showed up on Friday they did not have or need a wood chipper so it made me believe they lied to me. The crew got there early Friday morning and while they got done with trimming three branches off the first tree they got pulled off the job, and I could hear a lady on the speaker phone yelling at the crew to drop what they were doing and go to the next job. I figured since they had one more tree to trim and it was only two branches they would stay. They told the woman on the phone it would take a few minutes to finish the job, but she told them to leave and come back. Overall the guys who came out did a great job and cleaned up their mess. Price was good deal, but not sure If I would use this company again.
