He couldn’t do anything for my garage with his system he had.

Steve, the owner came and measured and gave me an estimate.  His price was similar to one other supplier and much less than one other.  He was prompt and courteous.  His product seemed to be very good quality and is floor mount rather than wall mount.  He stopped by to ask my General Contractor if his install date was still going to work.  He installed the system himself.  I was very pleased with the design and quality of the closet system.  I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I plan to use him again soon myself.

Wonderful, professional, and very reasonable!  We added work to what we originally intended just because Steve was so easy to work with and reasonably priced.  He will probably be building shelves/cabinets in our garage next year.

Steve did a great job. He was friendly, patient, professional, honest, and took the time to learn our needs and come up with ways to get the most storage space. He filled the nail holes after removing the old closet hardware and cleaned up after he finished each room. It is great to have a place to store everything out of sight.

Steve was very accommodating. We were in a rush to get closets installed prior to our move in. We actually moved in over a holiday weekend. Steve had one of his employees come and do the install on a holiday. Which was great for us! Steve worked around our schedule and made sure that everything was built out exactly like we wanted. He definitely goes above and beyond. We are thinking about more work that we could have him do for us!

Steve does excellent work at a very fair price. My only regret is that we don't have any MORE closets for him to transform:) Great work!

Excellent results, originally planned to only do walk in closet and I was so impressed with Top Shelf and the outcome of the job that I immediatelly hired Steve to do another closet. The finished product was equally impressive. Would recommend Top Shelf to anyone needing closet organization.

I was very happy. One thing that made him stand out amongst the others I received quotes from was that he had great ideas to give me more space.

We received quotes from 3 companies and surprisingly all 3 quotes were within a few hundred dollars of each other (for the closets only). We felt that we probably would not go wrong with any of the 3 companies. We went with Top Shelf primarily because Steve was the only company who could/would install the pull out shelving in the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, he could schedule the install during a week that was very convenient to us. On the day of the intallation, Steve showed up on time with one additional worker. Everything went smoothly. We did notice something that we did not think was right shortly after they left. I called Steve and he offered to send back his worker at the end of the day or to stop by personally first thing the next morning which is what we chose to go with. After a week or two of living with the new closets, we decided to add a few additional features to both closets. Again, we called Steve with our request and he stopped by first thing the next morning to add the new features. We were pleased with the entire process and would definitely use him again and would refer him to friends and family.

The work was done quickly and we were very pleased.

They came out right away. His estimate originally sounded reasonable, then I didn't hear from him for the longest time. I finally called him. He said his wife had emailed everything me, but I hadn't gotten it. He emailed it to me again, but it was too much. I decided to just do it myself.

Steve, the owner, came out, did the job in a very timely fashion and did excellent work. He was very personable, courteous and professional and I will use them again.

He was very prompt, did an excellent job, and his price was under all the other estimates we received.
