St. Luke's Cataract Laser Institute

I will have to say that my experience with St Luke's in Spring Hill has been quite concerning. If I am a US veteran with hearing loss bad eyes and much much more the only Transportation I have is a motorbike I am disabled I have very low income my phone cost $35 they have tournament mated me from going there because I never got voicemails from them on my phone and because of that I've missed appointment and gone for an appointment that they had changed even though they've they were told they had to text me or call me and even then since I wear a hearing aid I'm unlikely to hear the phone I canceled the appointment because of rain storms lightning storms because I have no Transportation except a motorbike but yeah. That's my fault you can tell by their actions they really care about the US military veterans. I can't believe a business like this would judge a person by what they have and what they can and can't do with what they have this is unacceptable they cancel your appointment and don't tell you and you make arrangements that take forever and cost money to get there and then they say always sorry we change it. I personally would never go back even if they told me I could go back that's too bad where you got to be in perfect health with no disabilities to go somewhere or you're treated like this. I think everyone understands where I'm coming from very disappointed

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

They did a great job.  It was easy check in, great waiting room with some great reading material.  I am going back on my next checkup.

You usually have to wait in the office before you will be seen by the doctor.

ke'sMy husband has been going to St. Luke's for about one year. He initially went because he thought he needed glasses, which he did. He then found out he had some other problems and has been going every three months for checkups and eye drops. Dr. Gomero has seen him on every occasion. The eye drops had to be changed as my husband developed an allergy to the first ones, however Dr. Gomero worked with him on finding the right drops. The office and assistant staff are quite pleasant and efficient.
We definitely recommend St. Luke's for all eye care needs. We know others who have gone there for cataracts, eye glasses, and contact lenses and have had no complaints and neither do we.

The office was very clean, wait time was very short.  Dr. Sable and his staff were very nice and had answers for me within a short peroid of time.  I will be seeing him soon, for a follow up.  I highly recommend him.

I have spent much time with my aging father at St. Luke's Cataract and Laser Institute and it did not take long to see what a 'well oiled machine' this large practice is.  I decided to make an appt. with Dr. Arcaro due to some eye issues and have seen her on several occasions for essentially the same issue.  She is personable, kind and professional.  Her back office techs are prompt with their pre-exams and front office personnel pleasant and professional as well.  I would certainly recommend Dr. Arcaro as an Ophthalmologist.

The facility was very nice. The doctor knew what he was doing. I can see better than I ever thought I would be able to see. They got me right in. The staff was very good and I had no complaints. I haven't gotten the billing yet but my insurance should cover it all.

I have been going to him for about six years. The service is first rate.

That was the first time I went to him. He was very thorough. I had some concerns and he just took his time. I felt very good going there. He was very thorough and patient in answering my questions. My overall experience was excellent. I am going back to him. I felt very comfortable with him. I had no problem getting my first appointment. In terms of office environment, he had a chair that was decked out for a queen and I did not know if all that was necessary. I would have rather had something that reclined because I had growths under my breast which I had to lift up and he had to go under there so a reclining chair would have been a little bit better. His punctuality was very good. His office staff was very nice. His bedside manner was very nice and good. He answered all my questions very well. I have not had any treatment yet, but the diagnosis of everything would be an “A”. The billing and administration was good. I would use him in the future; I am going to call for an appointment.

He was excellent and a very precise doctor. He fine tunes everything until he gets it perfect. I was very satisfied with everything he did.

She's very prompt and professional. I feel like I receive good care from her. If I have an emergency she can get me in right away.
