Took 3 hrs off work for appt. Two guys show up to install blinds. Was told the brackets I had would not hold the rail to the overhang area they were being installed. Said he would bring back a piece of wood and would put that up to install the rail on. He made a new appt for 2 weeks later. In the mean time I called the blind company to explain the issue and new brackets were sent to me. Took another 3 hours off work for appt. They did not show up. After 30 mins past appt time I called Murphy's. The phone was answered on the first ring by the company name. I told him who I was and asked if he was planning on showing up. He said he was in the hospital and said no one called you? I said no and after a long pause...I said ok hope you get better and hung up. No I am sorry. I will call you when I get out to reschedule. Nothing. I would not recommend this company. So after 3 weeks with no blinds we installed them ourselves.
