July 2024 Contacted Frostbite heat & cooling to come out for an estimate to replace my previous 18 year old ac unit. Daniel M. (Dan) owner/operator comes out gives me an estimate for a Brand new rheem ac unit (he recommended Rheem stated they have less issues/recalls) estimate totals $5,400. He collects 50% deposit and remaining 50% after completion of the job. Gives warranty for 3 year labor, 10 year parts and 10 year compressor. States they have 24/7 emergency repair and to call 305-509-0137 Fast forward to January 2025. Ac starts blowing hot air. Attempted to contact Dan using phone number he provided. No answer. I’ve called 21 times over the course of two days. Left voicemails. Even called during normal business hours; no response. Sent two text messages; no response. Sent 3 emails; no response. Contacted company who installed ac unit previously that lasted 18 years “Baird Air” owner/operator Richard B. came out within three hours. Owner of Baird Air stated “you have two of the worst problems. You’re in a fire hazard. Do not run the ac. The compressor is not working. There is no Freon. Can’t get ac to run and the breaker keeps tripping. I suggest you keep trying to get in contact with the company your warranty is under.” I have still heard nothing from Dan or anyone at Frostbite heat and cooling inc. I would not recommend this company. They do not keep their word or honor warranties or even have the decency to call, text or email you back. I would be more than willing to delete this review if Dan comes out and does the right thing and fixes my broken 6 month old ac unit!!!

Daniel & Frostbite Air Conditioning & Heating are just outstanding. When I tell you this young man was just a pleasure to deal with. He was Patient, professional, and punctual and his attention to detail was just above and beyond what I expected. Let's discuss what we all look for in a 5-star contractor. He is Licensed bonded and insured so we are protected there. Now let's talk about price $$$$ this guy not only beat every other A/C company by 35% for a Lennox Elite unit top of the A/C line so he gets 5 ***** for pricing. Let's talk workmanship, Just impeccable workmanship. Clean & very organized attention to detail and there is so much more I can say. I give him 5*****. Now Let's talk Warranty... 3 Years Labor 10 Year Parts and he comes to our house every 6 months for a check-up. No cost for the first year. Overall I give Daniel and his company Frostbite Air Conditioning & Heating a 5***** Rating hands down and HIGHLY RECOOMEND!!!. The great thing about it is we have an A/C guy who doesn't try and rip people off. He says what he means & means what he says!! God Bless Daniel & his company!!👍

Dan was extremely professional, on time and explained everything and kept us updated. We are glad we found Frostbite to purchase and install our Trane air conditioner.

Went very smooth! Um, the owner himself “Daniel” had came out to the premises, had all the material and knew exactly what needed work! Pretty advanced! Cool..

So my AC stopped working in the middle of the day and since I’m a stay home mom with a toddler I need it something ASAP to keep the house cool. I called this company and they were very puntual. I spoke to Dan and he was very nice and was able to fix the problem faster than I thought. The price was reasonable and I will be recommending him to my friends. Thanks!

I needed my thermostat replaced and Dan was accommodating to my schedule and came when I was able to be home. Great work and really nice guy.

The technician Dan came to my house he was fast and knew just what my problem was he was able to clean the coil fast and my house has never been colder

Danny was not only the cheapest, he was absolutely meticulate, courteous,very very professional. In the midst of selling my house but needed new a/c, the inspector said who ever did this did an amazing work

He diagnosed it ... explained what had to be done and I agreed to fix/ replace whatever had to be done .....:then he replaced my old thermostat for a newer one ..... power washed my house .. .. my stall shower tiles become lose he removed them and replaced the entire floor.... they are my fix and service company very affordable very accommodating.

My old unite was giving me alot of issues and Iwl wanted to replace it. It only took like 2 - 3 hours he was neat and fast he also answered all my questions
