My a/c unit stopped working on Sunday evening {Memorial Day weekend}. I contacted Comfort Control Specialist and explained my situation, within 30 minutes a technician was at my home and started to assess the a/c unit. The technician was very thorough in his evaluation of the problem. He explained what the problem was and went to work to fix it. I was so impressed with this company, as it was a Sunday, but I was not charged any extra service call fees. Just a note about their service technician, he was at a family picnic for the Memorial Day weekend, when he got the call, he left his family gathering to do the service call at my home. I really appreciate the service this company gives to its customers and I will be using this company for all my a/c servicing.
