When they installed the air conditioner, they did not tell me that the holes were connected. When he came in and looked at the box, he said it was not needed. He told me you do not rebuild an old water tank. He came right away and took care of everything.

.Went great.  Spoke with the owner and received a fair, honest assessment and price quote along with complete description of the job.  Set it up for 1-2 PM on July 2. Clay arrived on-time, ready to go.  He was professional, clean, and did an exceptional job. No up-sell.  Accomplished the entire job in about 45 minutes.  Everything works.  No surprises.

After using the shower this morning, I wasn't able to turn it off.   Water just kept pouring out of the shower head.  When I checked the wall which backs up the shower pipes, water was leaking out onto the bedroom floor.
I called and left a message, telling A+ that we had turned off the water at the main so this didn't constitute an 'emergency'.  However, within 15-20 minutes he was at our door. 
He took the shower faucet apart & determined  a part in there was cracked.  As it was not a new faucet, parts were not readily available but he would make some phone calls & go to his next job while he waited for an answer.
A couple of hours later he came back with the part.  Said he had to go quite to a ways to pick it up & that was why he took so long.
He installed it in a matter of minutes & gave our faucet a clean bill of health. (get it? 'clean' ).
His fee was very reasonable.  I will use him again.

He was very honest and very reasonable. He was prompt and extremely professional. I was real happy with him. He was very nice. He even wanted me to call him the next day to make sure the toilets were working correctly.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I will plan to use this company again.
