"We at FSC do not understand why someone would post a negative comment 9 months later from receiving a "FREE Estimate." On April 15, 2008 Tuesday, Member called in for a FREE Estimate at 4:48pm. We schedule our roof tech to measure her roof on April 17, Thursday when she would be available at home, as per her request. FSC met with her measured her roof and spent 1 1/2 hours going over all her roof details from flat roof area, rotted fascia, removal of existing skylights, solar panel issues, and all of her tile selection(s) that would be included. FSC prepared a professional proposal packet including, proposal, tile selection booklets from various manufactures, skylight details, personal references, and other enclosed information pertaining to her roof. On Monday, April 21, 2008 we brought her the proposal packet at our scheduled time between 12-2 and she was not at home, we left the packet on her front porch in a Silver Company folder. FSC left her a message that she was not home at our scheduled time, so we left her the packet on her front porch area and for her to please call our office when she got home. We never heard from Member and left messages on April 22, 24, and on April 25, we reached her and she said that she was getting other estimates and would be in touch with us. FSC will not pressure any of our customers. On April 25, she signed with another roofer, therefore there were no more communication."

"FSC has record of all work orders and calls made and received to our company. There is no record of any communication, phone calls, scheduled appointment, and/or expedited work order on the above said property address and/or homeowners name. Homeowner's do tend to get several estimates on their roof repairs needed, perhaps in making several phone call to different roofing companies they thought that they had contacted us. FSC would have been more than happy to give them a FREE Estimate on their roof patch as stated above."

"FSC received a phone call from Yvonne on August 12, 2008 Tuesday at 1:13pm, she wanted immediate same day roof service, and we scheduled our roof tech to go on August 12, 2008 to measure their roof. We did schedule her for the same day service; however we did explain that it would be weather providing and that she needed to notify her guard gate that we would be coming out to measure their roof. FSC does work into the evening hours. It was around 4:35pm when our roof tech started to drive towards Parkland from the Hollywood area, once he reached the Coral Springs area the afternoon rains were coming down, FSC called the Carney residence to re-schedule due to the rain and that their roof would be wet. FSC explained that our roof tech cannot go onto anyone's roof when it has been raining because the roof is wet, slippery and dangerous. FSC returned on August 13, Wednesday with better weather conditions and the homeowner never notified the guard gate that we would be returning, so Country Place guard gate would not allow us in to measure their roof. We left a message at the Carney residence as we were leaving their development to re-schedule and for them to notify their guard gate to allow us in. FSC made two different attempts to measure the Carney residence so we could provide them with a Free Estimate. We do not feel that do to weather conditions and a security guard gate this makes us a lousy company."

"FSC left several messages for the Member both at home and on her personal cellphone to schedule her repair to be completed on her roof. When we reached her, she had met with another roofer and he had made a better price offer so she asked us to match his price. We declined because the price was too low."
