Frank Seeber Roofing

On 16 Aug, Frank Seeber's crew showed up on time. There were two gentlemen to do the job. They were professional and very courteous. They pulled the tile in the effected leak area and replaced the goose neck as indicated. They removed nails and unwanted debris before placing the new sealant down. After completion the two gentlemen cleaned up and packed out the debris from the job. They performed well.

I had obtained several estimates before I checked with Angie's List and decided to try yet another one, this time Frank Seeber Roofing. I am glad that I did as the experience with this company exceeded my expectations at all levels. Their estimate was in sync with others but their presentation, punctuality and personal approach was extraordinary. Their work was seamlessly coordinated, I was kept informed at all times. Mr. F. Seeber brought the contract in person, took his time explaining the process and materials used. Communication with the office (Mrs. Audrey Seeber and Marcela) was excellent at all times and I was kept informed and updated of every step. No time was wasted when the work on the roof started: the same day as the city permit was obtained the materials for a new roof were delivered. Work started the next morning and the new roof passed all required inspections in no time. F. Seeber Roofing crew members are very polite, considerate, efficient and fast. They caused no damage to the property and spotlessly cleaned all debris. Final iinspection of the roof was performed on 08/19/2013 in the morning and by the afternoon I received all documentation from F. Seeber Roofing, including my insurance paperwork. Based on my experience I highly recommend Frank Seeber Roofing.

Jackson and Gus showed up on time, did exactly what they quoted and cleaned up after themselves. Also they were the lowest of the three quotes I received. They were professional and courteous. I would definately use them again and recommend Frank Seeber Roofing to anyone needing roof repair work done.

I would HIGHLY recommend Frank Seeber Roofing for any of your Roofing problems.. I first scheduled my appointment with Marcela and she was extremely helpful with accommodating my busy work schedule. I wanted to be home will work was being done on my home. I received a confirmation call about my scheduled appt. They showed as scheduled and were very clean in there workmanship, and With all of last weeks RAIN I was so happy not to be leaking. I also requested pictures for my insurance company in which I received from them by email so I was able to forward it directly to my insurance company. They were very professional and Jackson answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable about my roof repair.

Called for an estimate,they had someone out the next day . Very professional. Price was very reasonable. They did the work in 1 day. They cleaned up after. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

An employee showed up at the time agreed to in order to inspect the roof for purposes of the estimate. He indicated the owner was out of town and would get back to us in a few days to provide the estimate. They called a few days later and arranged an appointment time to come to our home and go over the estimate. Frank Seeber came to our house and explained everything in detail. He was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. Once we signed the contract, we were advised it would take 5-7 days to get the permit from the city, and then work could begin. However, we did not hear back from them for several weeks. We placed three calls before finally being told work would begin. (Two calls were not returned.) Once work began, the crew was on time, professional, and worked hard. Inspections were arranged timely, and the roof was completed promptly. A supervisor was onsite to oversee the work, and was very responsive. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We were disappointed with the time it took to get the project started, but are very happy with the overall results. Would recommend to others.

From start to finish Frank Seeber Roofing was outstanding ! They could not have been more courteous, professional and respectful of our property. They promptly answered every phone call, every question, arrived on time and explained the entire process of removing the old roof, how the new roof would be installed and the type of materials that were used. They had no problem with me watching the work as it was being performed. Everything was cleaned up nicely and they went out of their way to make me happy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and will use them again. I encourage anyone who needs a roofer to contact Frank Seeber Roofing. You won't be disappointed.

Our roof was over thirty years old and had developed a small leak over the garage. We decided it was time to get a new roof. We got three estimates. I sent an email contact to Frank Seeber Roofing and recieved a phone call from their office within 30 minutes. They sent someone out that afternoon to measure the roof and set up an appointment for me to to meet with Frank the following afternoon. He gave me an estimate as well as going over the entire roofing procedure and reviewing a contract. He also left me brochures of different style and color tiles to choose from, as well as addresses of local residents who had used his company and what style tiles they had on their roofs. When we decided to use his company Frank came back out to meet my husband and have us sign the contract. Having driven around and looked at some roofs, I had decided on the tile I wanted and we set a day for the work to begin. The work began bright and early on the day agreed on. The office staff kept us up to date and informed of the schedule and everything went forward without a hitch. A week and two days after the work started we have our nice new roof, all the inspections and paper work are done! We are very pleased.

Seeber Roofing was very professional from start to finish. I was very impressed that Frank Seeber came to my work office to go over the estimate in person since I was not home at the time of the estimate. He went over every detail with me and his price was one of the lower estimates. Once he got the permit, everything went quickly and smoothly, including scheduling the city inspections at the appropriate times so no days were wasted waiting for inspections. I would, and already have, highly recommend them to anyone I know. One of the few positive experiences since purchasing our new house.

I called on a Monday afternoon, they came out the following morning, looked at the roof, gave me a price and I told them to fix it. It was a small job so they made the repairs immediately. All very painless and I was happy.

Men came on time, did work cleanly and neatly, without rushing. Took care of a second small area without charge and would not accept a gratuity.

Excellent. The price was very reasonable, the company was honest, and the work they did stopped the leaking. We had another company give us a $3500 estimate for the job. The guy from Frank Seeber Roofing told me that most of the work the other company said we'd need wasn't necessary, and they charged us $300 for the job. I'd definitely use Frank Seeber Roofing again.

Called Frank Seeber roofing because of the leak and the lady in the office was fantastic. She immediately set up the next day for someone to come out and look into the problem. The next day two workers showed up the time that was set and they had to go inside to look at the problem. They determined what the problem was and set a price. We agreed to have the work done and was called by the office and a date was set for the repairs. Than Isaac decided ti was coming to south Florida and the work was schedule for Tuesday august 28. Well we were very concerned and called and spoke to the office individual and she was fantastic. She stated she would try and reschedule the work. Within a few hours she called and reschedule the work for Friday August 24. The came right on time and did the work in a few hours. I am writing this review during tropical storm Isaac and the rain is NOT leaking into our home. What can we say but thank you for being so understanding and thank you for the wonderful work. This company should be very proud of its workers who represent the company so well and do an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Frank Seeber Roofing for any roofing problem or a new roof.

I would recommend them to anyone. They listen and answered all of our questions. They worked with us with some special needs we had with our roof. We have not had any problems or leaks.

We spoke to and received three quotes for our new roof. During that time we watched Frank Seeber Roofing install a new roof in our neighborhood. After watching the installation we called Seeber Roofing for a quote. Seeber was not the lowest bid but we were impressed with his presentation and what we had seen on a neighbor's roof. We signed with Seeber Roofing. They began on a Monday and were completely finished on Friday. Seeber's crew members were polite, considerate, fast, and efficient. There was no mess, no inconvenience to us or our neighbors. We were very satisfied and impressed with Seeber Roofing.

From the moment the young man arrived to provide the estimate (Regretfully, I cannot recall his name. ((I think his name is James)) But, he was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable representatives I've met in a long time. He articulated exactly what needed to be done, the process, the expectations, the service provided, the materials to be used and things I hadn't been informed by others) I knew I was in very capable and professional hands. An appointment was then scheduled with Frank Seeber to sign the contract. He took his time explaining things to me in terms I could understand and was extremely patient answering my MANY questions. The job started when they confirmed it would start and if any situations arose; the office staff of Audrey and Marcela kept me in direct communication. They were very pleasant, informative and patient. And above all PROFESSIONAL!!!! And certainly not least but the foreman, John, was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. He was informative, knowledgeable, patient and gave clear explanations. I could not have had a better team to do such a big job!!!! Kudos to the Frank Seeber Roofing team who put my many concerns to rest. Their professional courtesies extended from signing the contract through the completion of the job. Thank you

Frank and all of his staff from the secretary to the gentlemen that tore off the roof and the installers were very professional. No problems and importantly very clean - no roofing nails or trash left anywhere. Also approximately $2,000 below nearest recommended competitor. Strongly recommend.

Frank Seeber Roofing was awesome! This was an insurance claim and they were on top of all forms, regulations and follow up with bank involved. Audrey was amazing! Nothing was done without her calling the day before to let us know what will done the next day, who will be there & when to expect them.

When we interviewed Frank Seeber the owner of the company he came to our house and presented a detailed description of the services and products he would provide including approximate costs. He was very informative. He also detailed the old roof removal and new roof installation processes. The quality of the work was great and cleanup was complete. The whole process was very professional and almost transparent. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the process. We would highly recommend Frank Seeber to anyone needing roof replacement.

Great!!!! There workmanship was great and the price was extremely affordable. There were no hidden cost. Jackson was very professional and was very informative. He took very good care ofmy property as well.
