They were professional. They did a great job! I ended up signing up for a contract with them to have check ups several times a year.

They were very patient and did a very good job. They were clean and put some protection on my floor and made sure that it did not get damaged. They were punctual, professional and responsive. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service. I have also recommended them to my friends.

We were very pleased with all the contact with this company.They do what they say they will,when they say,and do it efficiently.

I thought it went very well. They came in on price. They were there when they said they would be and it was very neat installation.

My appointment was for 8am Monday March 9th. Matt showed up at approximately 8:15. I had to be out of the house by 9:15 and told him before he started the work. He was very professional and got the job done with time to spare.

The salesman (Leonard) showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate. I decided to go with another company because they were a few dollars cheaper. The estimate was free.

I came home from vacation to find that my A/C was broken and had been pumping hot air into my house for several days. I called Kron & West, and they had someone come out that afternoon who was able to fix the problem.

When I first came in contact with this company, our a/c was not functioning properly. We got another co. from Angie's list who told us we needed a new a/c. I decided to get some quotes as the first company seemed a little high. Mr. Shimipske came to give us a quote on a new system. On examination of the system ,he suggested we had about another four or five years... true to form we are now on our third year. I have recommended this company to all our friends,with the same success.

Having a short window to perform the service, my appointment was very conveniently scheduled to accommodate my arrival. Routine maintenance contract was offered at a discounted price.

They finished the project this week, and I could not be happier. Their entire staff is most professional and they understand the needs of the home owner. They are wonderful people to work with.

The owner was very helpful in providing the items needed (filter) and scheduling the appointment for the service. She also went out of her way to provide a copy of the book for the thermostat and assist in determining if the system in my home was still in warranty. It was still under warranty and this was transferred to my name for a small fee. The owner completed all the documentation to do this and sent it to me to send in after being signed. They showed amazing customer service and continue to service my A/C Unit.

He was one of the best sales reps I have even come across. There were no high pressure sales, and he was thorough in explaining everything. He really had our best interests in mind. I will use this company when the time comes.

I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE 'PROFESSIONALS' TO DO ANY A/C WORK.
