I paid an extremely high price to have a new insulated metal roof installed over my lanai (replaced the old metal roof that made the lanai an oven). Because of the roof install, I allowed them to do it because they were the only ones offering the roof replacement. I paid them a total of $14,900 to replace the metal roof, install metal soffit covers and metal facia covering. Then, finally, all new gutters. Today is the first heavy rain (not extreme, just normal Florida rain) and the gutter over the lanai is overflowing completely so it's totally useless and was money out the window.. There should have been a third downspout in the back of the house, but this company did it the cheap/low quality/unprofessional way. Big bellies in the middle where the gutters are pulling off the house after the first rain. Absolute do not hire these people. If you get a creepy feeling from their salesman, TRUST YOUR FEELINGS!!

Found them on Angie. Worked with them on a bi-annual basis to clean my roof and gutter guards. Went well until now! Something is noticeably wrong. If you want someone to throw insults at you, Ty is the guy! Also says that he will no longer work with me. He has had a drastic change in personality. From reading other reviews, I will guarantee he will not take responsibility for his actions and will point fingers at the client. Not a peaceful experience at all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You will be glad that you did!

Did great work on our soffits and gutters. The owner was a bit slow to respond, but did always get back to us during the project. We did request an end-cap for one of our gutters that was included in the quote, but they never came back out to install. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice for them to have performed the work. Overall was a good choice for us at a nice price and would recommend.

Very helpful and thorough with explaining why I needed what I needed and how the gutters would alleviate a drainage issue. Did a great job matching downspout color to house. Quick installation turnaround time and no messes left behind. Gutters look great.

Business owner provided the estimate, he took the initiative to give me an earlier estimate, with plenty of time to discuss what I thought I wanted & he gave me options I had not considered that worked to both our advantage. Workers were skilled, neat, clean, worked well together, knew their abilities to provide a good job done well & safely. Neat workers, barely left anything behind for me to clean up, they worked at a steady pace, but got done very quickly. Very satisfied with the end product.

Estimator called for an earlier appointment and kept he date I requested for the estimate to do the work. Others did not have Supreme's initiative. He gave me a deeply discounted estimate, the workers were quite careful on the roof, they kept the work site clean & picked up (I only found 3 small pieces of aluminum & 2 screws left behind). In, out, & gone in 3 hours, so I had plenty of time to get back to work on the project on which I had been working that depended on their part of the overall effort being done before I could proceed further. I will be using them again for other roof related jobs.

Fast, maybe too fast if any complaint!

Ty called within 10 minutes of my request. He came out the next day, gave us a reasonable estimate. Ty and Calvin performed our gutter replacement quickly, they cleaned up all of their mess, gutters and downspouts were beautifully installed. We are very pleased with the job.

Called right away and called next day and said he would be in the neighborhood and could stop by to give me a estimate. He was very nice and his price was very reasonable.
