NO IDEA HOW ABSOLUTELY GREAT IT WOULD BE. AFTER INSTALLATION I GOT A PUPPY
THAT WOULD HAVE ESCAPED EVERY TIME I OPENED THE FRONT DOOR, HAD IT NOT BEEN
FOR THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE. VOILA!!! SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF BUGS GETTING IN
AND DOG GETTING OUT.

He and his helper, Randy, did a superb job! The 16 year old pool cage was pressure washed and all the screen replaced. It is a better job than the original installation because each panel of screen was individually attached on all 4 sides, whereas the original had long pieces of screen covering 3 sections with no crosswise fastening. Randy even touched up the rusted screw heads and it looks like new!
and quot;Gutter repairand quot; is a misleading catagory, because no gutter was involved but it seemed closest to and quot;soffit and fascia repair and replacementand quot;--that should be a catagory! The house and pool house had wood soffit and fascia which was rotted in many places and in general disrepair after 40-some years. The bad sections of soffit were removed and the fascia board repaired where needed. Vinyl coated aluminum soffit was installed and the fascia board was covered with the same material. The machine that bends the fascia material to exactly follow the original contour is fascinating!
All this was accomplished in 3 days, plus a couple of hours the 4th day for the finishing touches. The work areas were left spic and span! I will definately call PKS for any future needs (I'm thinking windows!) and don't hesitate to recommend him to others.

"WE DID A RESREENING PACKAGE AND INSTALLED 2 EXTERIOR DOORS FOR PATTY AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB WITH NO MONIES DOWN. WE GOT PAID IN FULL AFTER JOB WAS COMPLETE.THE DOOR WE GOT A DEPOSIT ON OF 3500.00 WAS A SPECIALTY DOOR SHE WAS GOING TO PURCHASE AT 5000.00 PLUS TAX WE OFFERED OUR CONTRACTORS RATE AND WAS GOING TO SAVE CUSTOMER 800.00 TO 1000.00 DOLLARS DUE TO OUR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP OF OUR OTHER DUTIES. WE GAVE HER THE INVOICE OF THE DOOR AND EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME OF 45 DAYS. SHE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES 10-14 DAYS WANTING TO TO KNOW WHEN HER DOOR WAS DUE IN. SOMEONE FROM COMPANY ALWAYS STAYED IN CONTACT. DOOR CAME IN AND GLASS WAS WRONG, WE WERE BOTH FRUSTRATED AND HAD TO WAIT. SHE CALLED AND WANTED TO CANCEL ORDER WHICH WAS A SPECIAL ORDER AND WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH VOIDING CONTRACT BUT WE WEREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR RESTOCKING FEE FROM DISTRIBUTOR WHICH COULD BE 15%-25%. SHE WANTED ALL MONEY BACK, TOLD HER SEE WHAT I COULD DO.SHE LET IT GO FOR A WHILE AND FINALLY CONTACTED PKS THROUGH THE COURTS. WITH SIGNED CONTRACT ESPECIALLY SPECIAL ORDER PURCHASES YOU CANT JUST WALK AWAY BECAUSE OF MATERIAL DELAY. ITS NOT LIKE WE ABANDONED CONTRACT WE WERE READY TO END CONTRACT WITH HOMEOWNER REASONABLY, WE WEREN'T GOING TO GO NEGATIVE IN DEAL BECAUSE HOMEOWNER WANTED INSTANT GRATIFICATION, MY LAWYER ADVISED ME TO OFFER NOTHING AND HAVE HOMEOWNER FULFILL CONTRACT, BUT I DIDN'T WANT ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS AND TO GIVE HER BACK ALL HER MONEY MINUS RESTOCKING FEES. SHE WAS ASKING 4000.00 AND SHE SETTLED FOR 2800.00 IF PKS WAS IN THE WRONG IN ANY WAY WE WOULD PROBABLY HAVE A DIFFERENT OUTCOME. NEVER HAD ANY BUSINESS DEAL IN OUR YEARS AND IN BBB YOU CAN SEE WE HANDLE OUR COMPLAINTS, RIGHT OR WRONG THE WAY THE COMPLAINT IS PORTRAYED IN A DARK LIGHT AS WE DO AND WILL IN THE FUTURE WE DON'T ASK FOR DEPOSITS DUE TO MATERIAL DELAYS OR ANY OTHER REASONS YOU CAN SEE THAT WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH SERVICE, DEPOSITS, OR ANY MATTER. TRUTHFULLY, WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH DELAYS OF MATERIALS BUT WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE. WE HOPE WE DON'T HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS LIKE THIS AND WE HAVE LEARNED FROM THIS IN CASE WE HAVE ANY MORE ISSUES WITH MATERIAL DELAY WE GET A GUARANTEE FROM OUR DISTRIBUTORS AND IF SOMETHING DOES GO WRONG YOU WILL STILL FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT DUE TO YOU WONT HAVE DEPOSIT IN AND I WILL HAVE DISTRIBUTOR HAVE SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT, BUT 85% OF THE TIME WE SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS."
