I called Precision Collision 7/21/2015 to inquire about an estimate to fix the rear bumper of my Accord. Myra told me to bring in the car at my convenience that day. Upon inspecting the damage, Robert provided a written repair estimate that included removing/replacing the bumper, fixing the scrapes, and repainting and clear coating the repaired area. I returned the next day to drop the car off for it's fix. After receiving several text messages and a phone call to keep me updated on the progress, I picked up the car 7/24/2015. The repair was faultless, the car was cleaned inside and out, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at Precision Collision & Auto Painting, Inc.

This was an outstanding experience. The owner Aurelio Martinez was informative and met all deadlines. When I picked up the vehicle all work was done expertly and the car was washed and cleaned. I have never had that type of work done by any body shop in the past. I would recommend him and if I ever have the need for his type of services in the future I will be back for sure. The price was also very fair.

I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Precision.It went as well as it could go. Took the car in for an estimate on Monday. Made an appointment to take the car in the next day, in the morning. Car has to stay overnight for this kind of work. Car was ready on time at 3 p.m. as requested the next day. Work was done perfectly, and the car had an amazing wash and cleaning of the interior.
This is the kind of business I really like to deal with. They take pride in their work, prices are fair, and you know it will be done right.
I was going to take it to a local garage but they only got a "C" rating on Angie's List. Precision had 15 "A"s, so I drove the 30 minutes to Seffner, but I am glad I did. I'd rather go the extra distance and have the work done right.
I hope I don't need any more collision work done, but, if I do I would certainly go back to Precision. They are fair, friendly, and the whole staff is nice.

This was a very difficult ordeal at the start. I made the mistake of not bringing my vehicle to Precision Collision right from the very beginning. I had never done any business with this company before, but the owner, Auriello Martinez, treated me like I was his best customer right from the start. I felt like I was the most important person to him everytime I called, and I was a real pest at times, because I wanted my baby back. Even though they have cars all over the lot and the shop was full; I was treated as a priority, When it came to the adjuster from my insurance company disputing the issue of the having to redo the mecahical work on my vechicle; Aureillo assisted me every step of the way. It ended up costing me more in the end because I used an inferior shop at the beginning, but even then Precision Collision ended up working with me on the price.
It is very difficult these days to find a company that not only does excellent work but gives you the kind of personalized service we all expect but seem to receive less and less these days.
At Precision Collision I felt like they cared about my business and about my car; and that will keep me coming back for years to come.

I had read excellent reviews on Angie's List for Precision Collision. Even though they are located about 20 minutes away, we decided to use their services anyway. When I went to pick up my Jeep, I was pleased with the excellent paint-matching job, but I was extremely disappointed to see that they had kept the same interior doors with faulty handles, merely replacing only the outer shell of each door. When I pointed out the problem, they were quick to come up with a solution. Within a week, they had fixed the door handles, and I accepted the fact that I had to keep the old interior door shells anyway. They ended up going above and beyond to ensure that the customer was satisfied.
Quite honestly, I probably wasn't the most pleasant customer to deal with (especially when I first discovered the handle oversight), but they took my anger in stride and still worked hard to make it right. THIS is the reason they get such high reviews and will continue to get my business and referrals. More companies need to stand by their work like Precision Collision does.

They did an excellent job. The installation, painting and blending are perfect. The car looks as though there was never any damage. Their attention to detail is exceptional. Aurelio and Mike were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and describing their process. They dealt directly with the insurance company which made it very easy. When I picked up the car, I was pleased to find that they had cleaned the inside as well as the outside. After receiving several estimates, I chose Precision not only because of the good reviews but also because of the very professional manner in which they treated me and my car. It was a pleasure working with them and will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend their services.

The staff at Precision Collision were a great relief to deal with after my stressful accident. I'm very particular about my car and I was very relieved to pick up my car when it was promised, looking as if it had never been in an accident. The guys really know what they are doing here and take a lot of pride in their work. I have used them for many years and its a comfort to have a repairman who is consistently as professional as Aurelio is to go to for repairs or when I'm in an accident.

Aurelio and his crew did a great job fixing the car and went out of their way to help me with a mechanical problem I was having. He even delivered the car to another location to repair the mechanical problem as he knew I had transportation problems. The work was perfectly done and the service was excellent. I couldn't be more happy!

I couldn't be happier! Being 58, I have had my fair share of dealing with customer service for repairs and maintenance of my home and car. It is a rarity to find professional, competent and caring service. Precision Collision is one of those finds!
Aurelio took care of getting my vehicle to his shop, re-assessing the damages after my insurance company had, and then contacting my insurance company to advise them of what would be necessary to restore my car, a 2007 Sentra, to its original new condition.
And he has! There were no shortcuts or compromise with regard to parts purchases or workmanship. I was kept apprised of the status of the work via email and phone calls every step of the way.
I have high standards and expect quality service and results, even if it isn't my money. Aurelio and his men have exceeded my expectations. This was my first accident and hopefully my last, but if necessary, without a doubt, I would definitely return to Precision Collision.

Amazing! I first talked to Aurelio the owner about my sunroof, which was leaking badly. Every time it rained the interior of my car would get soaked, and it's rainy season! Aurelio explained to me what happens with sunroofs and why the leak. He quoted me a price of not more than $200 without seeing it. I took the car in to the shop, and Aurelio did a through inspection of the sunroof, explaining to me what he was looking for. He mentioned that it may need a new seal, but it would still be under $200. Aurelio also mentioned the scratches on my car door from my puppy, who is a big dog.
Just a few hours later I get a call that my car is done. I go to pick it up and the sunroof has been repaired, plus they had buffed out the scratches on the door, washed the car, vacuumed it and wiped down the dash! As for the bill, it was $164.00 including everything!
I would highly recommend Aurelio and Precision Collision. Experts, professional, courteous and honest.
