Highland Homes of Sebastian did a fab job of installing a new shingle roof on our VLE home. We primarily dealt with Francois Pelletier and always got back to me with answers to my questions. They finished the job ahead of schedule and cleaned up the job site pretty well. I highly recommend Highland Homes of Sebaastian, Inc.

Steven ans Scott did a great job. Kept me informed on the progress and any problems they ran into while doing the repair. They did a thorough cleanup after the job was completed.

The repair looks great! The roofer did a super job of fixing our metal roof and transitioning to asphalt roof. He kept us abreast of all changes and provided many pictures. He was great! BUT, the owner has terrible communication skills! He never answered my calls, barely communicated by e-mail and it was like pulling teeth for a response for confirmation of our check (and we paid immediately)! Go figure! I guess it is more important to have a great worker who can communicate!

We had a really small window to get our roof replaced on our new winter home before we had to return to NH. Highland Homes was able to fit us in. The guys who did the roof were efficient, cleaned up after, and very nice. I couldn't speak more highly of them. We're very happy with our new roof. It looks great.

prompt and went right to work within minutes after talking on the phone but did not get it stopped on the first trip. They had to return the next day to get the leak fixed. I will call them again.

Mr. SilVA & his team provide excellent & prompt service. Andy was very conscientious & thorough. I truly appreciate that I can rely on them when I have needed.

Workers did a good job replacing all the rusted screws on my metal roof with new hooded ones. There was a little lead time getting the correct length ones, but it was done right, despite some nasty weather that slowed them. Roof looked new after pressure washing, great value.

workers did a great job. they cleaned up the area at the end of each workday, which I appreciated. No nails or debris left on the ground. Would definitely recommend this company.

GREAT JOB

The tear off crew maybe didn't watch the weather quite as closely as they should have. They had to very quickly get the exposed roof covered with tarps to keep things dry. The got the job done and went on to get the old roof off and everything cleaned up in great shape. The metal installation crew worked very hard and did a great job. The county building inspector thought they had done an excellent job as well. We are quite pleased.

Scott Silva, owner has been in business for over 30 years and is very professional, efficient and prompt. They did more than was quoted at no additional cost ....... excellent service, recommend highly.
