They are very professional, prompt on keeping with their appointment time and courteous. They have a good followup with telephone calls to make sure you have been scheduled every 6 six months. Overall, they are excellent.

i live in Virginia part of the year and received a call from our condo manager that one of the A/C systems was out. I called Todd at Barker and after getting my ok he took care of the rest. After I got back to town, Todd went over the work they had done and only after I was satisfied did they send me a final bill. Great company that I highly recommend.

As a non-resident of a condo unit 1500 miles from my residence, I can report that the work has been done and seems to be working well.

We called on Kevin to come in and deal with a number of plumbing issues that had been identified by our house inspector prior to our closing. He arrived early, surveyed the needed work, offered an estimate - which we approved - and completed all the work the same day. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, and neat - and his work was outstanding. We'll use Kevin again and would highly recommend him.
