The tec Chris is amazing and always does a great job. My issue I have is with having something break or need replaced every year since new installation almost 3 years ago. Issues with a unit not even 3 years old is pathetic. I got a new system put in with a newly built house in 2022 and have had an issue every year, even when not used for 6 months a year. This time the pump in side holding tank needed replaced and cost over 1k. This kind of issues with things breaking and going up in such short time should not be happening. The 1st issue was when put in no hose for outflow was even put on the new system. It was discovered a year later when the 2nd issue with the electrical box got fried. I expressed my concerns about something breaking every year and no justification was given except things happen. How can all these THINGS keep happening with a new construction home? I will never use this company again and will not recommend to others. Maybe if you need work done they might be good but did not put the system in correctly if something goes wrong at least once a year since put in.
