Unique Pools and Decks
About us
Locally owned and operated with over 10 years of experience. We are the residential and commercial concrete experts. Our crews can be available 24 / 7 to complete jobs. The owner is personally involved in all projects. We are bonded, insured and can provide references on request. One of our specialties is remodeling. We recommend remodeling a pool to correct defects, damage, or just to improve its appearance. It wasn’t long ago when deciding on a driveway material was easy: asphalt or concrete. Today, the “concrete” choice has expanded to include an astounding array of decorative options. Sometimes referred to as a cement driveway or as painted concrete, decorative concrete is one of the most reasonable ways to spruce up the entrance to your home. We offer resurfacing pool decks for concrete pool decks and patios. We have a unique pricing structure that makes it simple and affordable to resurface pool decks that fit your budget.

The Company started the work by removing the old pavers and applies a skim coat of concrete and then things virtually stopped.
After months of missed appointments (excuse after excuse) we were finally able to get the contractor to meet with us again to discuss our plans to enlarge the deck and to put in the proper drainage (because the pool deck holds a lot of standing water after the contractor's original work). He had agreed to start work on May 22 but of course, he missed that date. He finally showed up on May 29th and put in one day of work. By then we were so frustrated that we asked the contractor just to finish the pool surface - we would find someone else to do the deck. He asked us to pick out the pool surfacing product at the local pool supply store. We did and then he said that the material we wanted was much more expensive than he had budget for and he asked for another $2,400.
We have $7,000 on account with the company and they surely could have completed the pool finishing work for well under $7,000.
The contractor is now non responsive.
Lastly, be very careful, he is not a licensed contractor.
