Run as far as you can from this company !!! Owner mile is a crook and a scam artist . Once he gets your deposit you can forget the mr nice guy act he puts on . Horrible surface , Damaged a bunch of our new tile we had just had installed , drains and jets don’t function like before due to clogged from surface material , guys footprints all over new deck surface . Awful waste of money . Owner will threaten to lein your property the minute you try and discuss any issues that arise furring process . Seriously save yourself the trouble and use someone else !!!!!

Unique Pool is owned by Mike. Mike came over and was so nice we could not resist purchasing from him, we felt good about it. Then he gets half of his Money and no more work he shuts down does not pass inspections and Yelled at us the owners that we were bothering him. Mike also said he had expensive pools to works on .. He has treated and yelled at many people, make sure you read all of his reviews. He was overpaid. So buyers beware they are scamming people.

We hired the Company approx 1 year ago to re-surface our pool and deck.  He seemed personable and trustworthy  and we gave him approx $7,000 towards an $11,000 job. 
The Company started the work by removing the old pavers and applies a skim coat of concrete and then things virtually stopped.
After months of missed appointments (excuse after excuse) we were finally able to get the contractor to meet with us again to discuss our plans to enlarge the deck and to put in the proper drainage (because the pool deck holds a lot of standing water after the contractor's original work).  He had agreed to start work on May 22 but of course, he missed that date.  He finally showed up on May 29th and put in one day of work.  By then we were so frustrated that we asked the contractor just to finish the pool surface - we would find someone else to do the deck.  He asked us to pick out the pool surfacing product at the local pool supply store.  We did and then he said that the material we wanted was much more expensive than he had budget for and he asked for another $2,400.
We have $7,000 on account with the company and they surely could have completed the pool finishing work for well under $7,000. 
The contractor is now non responsive.
Lastly, be very careful, he is not a licensed contractor.
