Excellent experience they had to remove the largest shutter on my home and take it to their shop for repair. One week later they returned and reinstalled and everything worked as it should. They also repaired 5 other shutters for various reasons and everything now works as they should

Professional

Did a nice neat job, and appreciated the recessed floor track on the accordion shutters. Had to move an outdoor light fixture before it could be finished. This is something that they should have told me before starting the job. Otherwise - a good job, and pleasant workers.

Of the 3 companies recommended, this one called promptly and followed up. One other company called and said they would call back but didin't. Never heard from the 3rd. They came out ASAP and found the problem. Ordered needed parts and my shutters were up and running 2 days later. Also followed up phone call where I had a question....called me back with the answer promptly. A+.

Would use their repair services again. Prompt, repaired crank for hurricane shutter. Had parts on truck, so didn't have to wait for them to order. Service person was polite, friendly, and had repair done in under an hour. One issue: When I rec'd the invoice, was charged for time for two repair men, when only one was sent. Had even had our repair person change the repair order to indicate only one person when I signed for the repairs. Called and was issued a new invoice immediately with correct charge, but invoicing dept. needs to pay closer attention before invoicing.

Had issues with 3 storm shutters, 2 that would go down, another missing the part to attach manual pole. They realigned the slats on one after taking compartment apart, lubed, after trying the other they were able to pull it down, then lubed ( I probably didn't turn hard enough out of fear of breaking). The 3rd they replaced the needed parts and it worked fine. They could have lied and cheated me since I wasn't present at the time. They've earned my trust

went onto home advisor, who selected the company. they called almost immediately and came during the scheduled time slot. seemed very knowledgeable. they had the motor on their truck, and fixed it right away. assuming it continues to work, i would definitely recommend them
