Returned call for estimate the same morning and was able to complete the repair the same day. He checked all screens and was able to make another repair I had missed. He answered all questions politely and finished job in a timely manner including clean up. I would call Screenmasters of Sarasota again for screen repair.

The work was done quickly, cleanly and quietly... It took about a day and the guys where friendly and professional. I appreciated that they went right down to getting the old screws that had fallen into the pool out. I couldn't ask for more... Thanks ScreenMasters...

I called Screenmasters around 1:30 p.m. and left a message that I was interested in a quote to replace some panels. Leon called me back around 2:30 and said if I was available he could come over around 3:00, we setup an appointment for 3:30 and he was waiting for me when I got home. I took him in the back and showed him what I needed done. He measured everything and gave me an estimate of $160.00 which I thought was very fair, I asked when he could do it and he said right now if I wanted. He took a little over an hour to remove and replace the panels and cleanup. I was very pleased with the job.

The initial contact went fine. Follow up for scheduling was difficult due to their busy work schedule. The door had to be ordered and took longer than the 3 weeks initially planned. We then received a call stating "we'll be there tomorrow". Any difficulties with phone tag were soon forgotten when we saw their work. The front entry white aluminum framing was installed the first day and the screen was applied the second day. I'm a stickler for details and clean lines since my days with art and wallpapering, and Matt's work was exceptional. Even the caulking was neat. I was very impressed and he had every reason to be proud of his work. This was more than a screen enclosure, it was an upgrade. The pool cage also took 2 days and all the work was done with care. Apparently it had more angles than most cages. They also had to do some aluminum work to move a downspout and again, all details looked great. No surrounding bushes were harmed and all work areas were left in order. The men were all polite and professional and like their company name, they are definitely masters of their trade.

Leon came to my home and quoted on the roof replacement, gave me options on the mesh to be used and provided a written estimate for all options. A few weeks (and 3 other estimates) later, I decided on Screenmasters and asked if they could also replace the fascia board (which was not on the original estimate). Leon said yes and gave me a verbal quote. Appointment was made for the work to be done, the workmen arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently. The fascia board removal was difficult, but Matt got it down, procured a new 12' board, painted it, cut 45 degree angles on each end (to fit into existing boards) and worked very diligently to re-install the fascia in one piece, re-attached the cage, caulked and took steps to prevent water accumulation that had caused the original rot. All this fascia work being done while the roof was re-screened. A carpenter could not have done a better job! Highly recommend this company.

From start to finish the work done was excellent. Leon (the owner) called back after I left a message on the answering machine and apologized for not calling me back sooner (it was only 2 days). He had an opening and promised to show up in an hour which he did. He provided me with an estimate which I approved and he began immediately to make the repairs. He completed the work in less than 2 hours late on a Friday afternoon and you can't tell the panels were even replaced. He was very neat and cleaned up everything. Today (Monday) I received a card in the mail from him thanking me for my business. This was a first as I have never received a followup much less a thank you from a contractor.

Leo came out right away to give us an estimate which was reasonable for what had to be done. He was very nice and very professional. He said to pay them AFTER the job is done and we were happy. I think this is a good, reputable company to choose if you need screening and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

The estimate and the final cost were the same. All work performed as agreed. Would use again.

We have been pleased with work done by Screenmasters on two previous occasions. This time our call was returned one business after message was left regarding need for screen repair. Leon came to provide an estimate that same day and was able to complete the job at that time. We were pleased with the completed job.

He gave us a quote on doing just the four screens, and a quote to do all twelve. We elected to only have him do four of them because hurricane season isn't over yet. He then called us back and told us that he wouldn't do just the four. He would only do all twelve.

Bid gave me 2 choices of how much work I wanted. The cost of trimming back an old, though recently rescreened, cage was half way to all new cage, therefore I chose "the works." Leon knew his business well - answered questions and was thorough in his creating the bids. The crew showed up a day early, overlapping with exterior house painters, who overlapped the roofers who had left the day before. I acted as my own general contractor, so I was out checking on work progress and learning how things were done. It was completed in 6 consecutive days. Due to the fact my lanai is layed after 30 years, the structure had to be set in 2 " closer. This left some problematic chips and bolts on the garden side, however the construction of the cage created wonderful railings to set toys or drinks, etc. on. Downsides: Very messy aluminun shavings still in my back yard (I could have tarped had I known the extent); some broken drip irrigation heads; the opaque screening to shield the pool pump was not replaced with opaque screening; the white gutter requested for man door area was installed as brown and when I pointed it out, a comment was made about why I might complain since I got it for free. The painters graciously corrected it. By and large everyone on the crew was mature and professional. A glitch with the inspection was promptly corrected by Leon with just a phone call. Everything works well and my home passed a wind-mit inspection with flying colors! Thank you.

I selected this company from Angie's List. We were out of town the time of the inspection, estmate and the repair. Leon, the owner, did the inspection for the work that I asked for, then gave me an estimate, I gave my approval and then he performed the work. Communicated each phase by phone without a problem. He waited until we were back in town and were able to check out his work before payment was due. He did a very nice job.I plan to use this company again for some additional work.

Owner arrived same day, fixed damage and reinforced other joints in cage frame. Service was satisfactory in every way.

They arrived for the job late. The owner, Leon, wanted to change the plan from the estimate and use different materials, but couldn't articulate why or what the new plan was. He assured us it would look good either way and because we had no idea what he was talking about and were unsure of the state he was in, we decided to go with the original plan he discussed when he gave the estimate. The owner spent the morning on his cell phone. By mid afternoon he had built and installed a structure that at one end was flush to our porch rail and then gradually moved from the railing, leaving a six inch gap at the other end. Leon said he realized this would happen once he laid out the beams, but yet he went ahead and drilled them into our siding, concrete and exsisting porch. His misplaced anger started in earnest then! He said we should have gone with his second idea. Of course, he admitted that he had no idea the original plan would leave a gap when he started, but insisted it was our fault. When I asked why he didn't explain himself better that morning, he lamely explained that our neighbor's leaf blower had been too distracting! Seeing that it looked terrible, the owner went about revising the job as he went. But he wasn't happy about it! And while he finished some of the work, he left, in a huff, without finishing the job. No caulking, no pet door (that's on the estimate), and no railing that he was supposed to extend. He didn't pick up or sweep. As the owner talked to me and my husband, in front of our children, as if we were untouchables in his caste system, we realized that this person was not someone we felt safe around. The only good thing that came of this job was that we were given an opportunity to talk to our children about bullying.

My 28 year old pool lanai screening had many tears and a lot of pine needles on top. My experience with Screenmasters was very courteous, prompt, and efficient. I thought that their estimate was fair. Their estimator, Leon, explained about how and when they would contact me for a work date. They were true to their word and called a day ahead. The installers arrived on time. I thought that they were very professional, pleasant, quiet and neat. They were careful with the surrounding shrubs and left the lanai deck very clean even though the weather turned rainy. They inspected their completed work and completely removed all of the old screening. In all, a very easy experience which is what I had hoped. I would recommend Screenmasters with no qualms.

Less than 24 hour reply time from the original call. Estimate and work was completed within 48 hours of the original call. Leon was very courteous and did a nice job.

Phone call on Monday, visit with quote on Monday, Would have done the work on Monday but we had visitors so we scheduled it for Wednesday. Job was done first thing on Wednesday.

Gave me a written estimate, which I decided the next day to accept. I called and left a message on the answering machine. Never got a call back. Finally reached him on his cell a week or so later - he said he would call me back the next day to schedule, but never did.

They were very professional. Owner came out and did the estimate for the job. He followed up a week later to see if I was interested in work getting done. The next day the job was done by his son. They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was okay. It was the best price from all the people that I called. I would use them in the future.

Leon did an excellent job, was courteous and professional and cleaned up everything when he was done. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and would highly recommend him.

Screenmasters is a family owned company (941) 371-5778. One of the owners, Leon Derocher, came out to give me an estimate on screening in my lanai within two days of my calling them. He then followed up two weeks later to see if I was interested in doing the job. I scheduled the job and his brother and sons came out the same day to complete the install. The entire job was completed within three hours. They were fast, clean and professional. They had me inspect the job to see if I was satisfied with it. I had three other companies give me a quote for the same job and this company was the least expensive. I would definitely do business with this company again if I need to. After the job was completed the owner followed up with a thank you card.

Leon was very prompt and very professional. A neighbor had recommended him. In addition to doing a very good job on replacing the screen on my patio he also repaired the screen door at no additional charge. He also told me that the hinges on the door needed to be replaced, which he did at no charge. Now the door closes exactly as it should. Before he came the door would not close all the way shut without an additional tug on the door.
