"With regards to the customers comments, when a technician evaluates the condition of a customers home, if there is a good probability that damage could be caused such as paint chipping from pressure cleaning we will inform the customer and not use high pressure since there is a liability issue. The customer at that point can choose whether they want to have the work done using another method or cancel the work that was scheduled. In this case, the customer agreed to use a softer cleaning method. After the work was complete the customer stated to us that he was not satisfied with the work. We spoke to the customer and informed him that we would be more than happy to send another technician out to re-do the entire project free of charge since we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee;however, the customer declined our offer. With regards to the Angie's List coupon, when a potential customer calls us for an estimate or we solicit a customer and they state to us that they are an Angie's List member we factor in their discount when we give them the quote. We believe we tried to our best to satisfy the customer's needs and made every attempt to resolve the issue to the best of our ability."
"With regards to the clients comments, we did professionally clean the clients windows inside and out. However, no one on our staff uses razor blades since their use is banned by our firm. Days after the job was complete the client called us and said that he noticed scratches on multiple windows only during a certain time of day when light hits them at a certain angle. The technicians that were sent to clean the customers windows have the highest customer satisfaction ratings by our firm, and hundreds of our customers request them and only them to come to their home year after year to clean their windows. The technicians have agreed to sign sworn affidavits stating that they did not scratch any glass at the customers home, therefore our insurance company will not pay any claim for preexisting damage. We do have job site accidents very rarely and our technicians immediately call the office, appraise us of the situation, and we do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible to the customers satisfaction. However we are not responsible for repairing preexisting damage to a customers home and do not appreciate customers who expect us to replace windows, doors, screens, etc. that are already damaged before we enter their property."
"With regard to the clients comments, the client originally scheduled an appointment for 8/26/13 at 12PM. We arrived on time;however, what the client completely failed to mention was that when the technician arrived another contractor was there working and was very surprised to see us there because we could not clean the customers windows. The stickers on her new windows could not be removed until her home passed final inspection the following day. The contractor informed us that the customer was well aware of this fact, but failed to mention this to us when she scheduled her appointment. Even though we view this kind of behavior as careless since it squanders our time, money, and resources, we happily re-scheduled the appointment with the customer at her convenience. The technician informed the customer while he was still at her home that we would return on 8/29/13 at 9AM and the customer agreed to the date and time. When the technician arrived on 8/29/13 at 9AM she was surprised that the appointment was not at 12PM even though she agreed to to that exact date and appointment time. After the cleaning work was complete the customer informed the technician that she was satisfied with the services rendered. The following day, the client called us and stated that she was not happy with all the services rendered. We happily agreed to return again to address any issues that were not done to her satisfaction since we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We scheduled an appointment with the client and sent the same technician to complete the work to the client's absolute satisfaction. We never indicated that we would send a different technician, nor did the client request a different technician. What the customer furthermore failed to mention was that the technician was indeed slightly irritated since the customer's dog attacked and bit our technician as well while the customer was watching the entire situation unfold with no regard to our technician's welfare. Additionally we gave the customer a 10% discount for the inconvenience of having to return again to finish the work to their complete satisfaction. We believe that we tried our best and made every possible attempt to resolve every issue to the best our ability."
