There were 2 good capable choices, LT and Weatherproof and I went with Weatherproof because they had a better price on the roof certification. Quality V said they were going to come back with a taller ladder but never did.

We just had the work done Nov. 3. Based on the experience, so far, it was very good. The only thing that hit a snag was the arrival time. I received a call to change the time, which was fine but the adjusted time we came up with ended up being an hour later, with no call to inform me of that, other than that it was very good. They came, looked, gave us a bid. When we called to schedule a time it was set up for the next morning. They arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. Left our home with everything cleaned up. Very satisfied....Unless the shakes fall off but don't see that happening!

Andrew got out to see my roof the same day I called him, he was able to do the repair on the spot, his fee was reasonable, and he provided me with a handwritten invoice and emailed me an invoice the next day as promised. He was very personable and I would use him again.

When I submitted my request for service, I put our home phone and my husbands cell phone. I received a call within 5 minutes from bon roofing and my husband from weatherproof roofing. My husband made and appointment for two days after and I made one for the day after. Bonn individual never called back or came to look at the roof. Andrew Clough from Weatherproof called my husband, asked if he could come at 3:30 instead of 2:00 for the appointment, made it here timely and fixed the roof. He was the only one out of about 10 companies that actually called and then showed up for the appointment. Even Bon didn't call me back. Andrews great.

The price was reasonable and the job completed the next day. Andrew kept us informed through the process. Everything went perfectly. The roof has worked flawlessly and we are very happy.
