My puppy was scalped as well, ears were down to skin, developed hematomas and required veterinary care. Owner (heather) refused me a refund, said ears were matted and she took photos. She will not send the photos to me or give me a refund, because she is lying to protect her inadequate groomers. They have only two tables for grooming, 3 to 4 kennels that are always full and no one working the so called BAKERY. Groomers leave dogs unattended on table to work the front. (CHAOTIC) We are now taking legal action for all of our vet bills and grooming refund! Have all texts between owner documented to prove this happened. (I only wanted a refund for grooming as she herself apologized for the service) She said her groomer (SIENNA) did not have good chemistry with that breed of dog) WHAT??? You can't make this up...I have the texts... It has taken over 6 weeks for my puppies hair to grow out What this puppy went through, I wish on no ones pet. VERY LOW PAID INEXPERIENCED GROOMERS THAT COME...AND...GO DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG OR PUPPY THERE BECAUSE IT IS CONVIENENT. DO NOT COMPLAIN OR YOUR DOG WILL BE SCALPED!!!!!!

We made an appoint for 9:00am. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and the groomer, she told us it would take about two and half hours for both.Both very nice people and knowledgeable. We told the groomer what we want done with both of our dogs and was promised we would have just that. Then we looked around the store for our brand of dog food. They carry many brands, but not ours. The owner special ordered it for us and we picked it up the next week. Great service. When we picked up the dogs we were so happy, they looked perfect. The best thing about the place is that when our dogs were done they got to be free behind the counter and had toys to play with. The price was fair and we like to support local businesses.
