We had to keep changing your estimate, which takes time to process when we are doing other jobs. After we received your email we had scheduled to go down there that following week but by the time we were going to call that week to confirm the time you left a message saying you had another company perform the job, so we never called back and we left it at that. I guess we should have called and told you we understood, but this is our busy season and we didn't have time to call jobs that choose not to have us do the job."
