We made our purchases at another store.  I don't doubt that Best Buy will offer good prices and quality merchandise, but I am sorely disappointed in the lack of customer service at their location in Sarasota.

I got a new washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. They brought the wrong microwave multiple times but finally got the right one after about a month. The price was good and they had everything in stock. The people in the store weren't very professional except for one particular lady, she fixed the problems with the microwave and refunded my shipping costs.
