"The customer couldn't afford the full repair needed to fully resolve her problem. Gary offered a temporary fix to get her to her next paycheck, when the work could be completed. He was clear that the fix was temporary and would offer her some comfort until she could have the full repair done. She was happy when she left and made an appointment for the remainder of the work. The next day she returned angry and demanding that the remaining work be completed at no additional charge. Instead of discussing her vehicles needs she chose to be combative. Customer made verbal threats as to things she would do and say if remainder of work wasn't done immediately and at no charge. As far as the motorcycle reference, this customer knows us from the charity rides we participate in and from our support of the Sun Coast Charities for Children through the Sun Coast Diva's weekly fundraisers at a motorcycle enthusiast establishment. Our goal is to create lasting relationships with our customers. Unfortunately, this was not possible with this particular person."
