Not happy about the system having these problems but they came out right-away and repaired the problem. The technician explained everything and was very pleasant.

I knew I had an old unit, (15yrs or so), and that it would not be worth the money to try to repair the existing unit so I new it was time to bite the bullet and start the journey for a new one. I started with a search from a quality stand point so I logged on to the website from the leading non-profit consumer product reporting agency. After some reading, and learning a lot more than I ever new there was to learn, I found that American Standard and Trane had the best ratings, but not across the board. It seems that one manufacture brand may have the highest rating in one size but not another? I new I needed a 2.5 ton unit with a 13 or 14 SEER Which is the grounds of which I started my search. I used BBB and Angie's List plus neighbor/friend referrals. In total I ended up with 7 estimates (Thats 7 visits from 7 companies to my house!). After it was all said and done I was actually real surprised at how professional and prompt the sales people were, as well as friendly and knowledgeable.
