The painters were clean. neat and very efficient. I would absolutely hire them again if needed.

Showed up on time each day (two day job). Worked very diligently and the lead man explained anything I asked about. The job was neatly done, and everything cleaned up and replaced. It looks fantastic.

CertaPro Painter repaired ceiling damage from multiple roof leaks in our home and lanai. They did a superb job in repair and painting making all beautiful again. I recommend them highly.

Communication is a downfall. I was working with one sales person and then never heard back. Found out he was no longer with the company. New sales guy seemed like he did not want to be bothered after my appointment was set to do the job. The painters were fantastic! When the job was complete, the painters were expecting a check. I called the office to pay by credit card and was transferred and then told someone would call me back. That is when Roy called. He said they don't accept credit cards for jobs less than $2,000.00 I said that is not mentioned in the estimate or anything I had. He said that he is the owner and that is the policy. Very poor communication on payments and setting up the job.

If you like your flower beds and plants, think twice before choosing CertaPro. We did an exterior painting of our home in October 2020. The actual paint job was spectacular, and we really liked the crew that came to our home. The problem is that they did not cover the flower beds, despite the fact that the contract stated CertaPro will cover and protect flower beds. Our plants were covered in paint as a result, and when I brought it to their attention I was told the wind is out of our control, but this would not have been a problem if they were covered like they were supposed to be. The rep we had worked with did come out and trim back one of the bushes to remove the painted parts, but there was nothing that could be done for the 16 smaller plants that were ruined. After many emails back and forth, it was decided that the head painter would come out to replace the plants. We got the run around as we were told he was coming this afternoon, tomorrow, the next day, next week, etc. After more than a month, we told them we doubted they were ever going to actually come out to take care of it and we were going to get our own landscaper to do the work and we would submit the bill to CertaPro for reimbursement. It took almost 2 months to receive the full reimbursement (3 months after the painting), and they originally only paid us half of our bill until I took it to the regional manager. I should mention that I tried to get in contact with the local manager for two weeks, and he never responded to my messages. I have no doubt that nothing would have been done if I had not continued to send emails and make phone calls. The rep even told me that my persistence paid off. If I were to rate the paint job itself I would give them 10 stars, but I cannot in good conscience recommend them because I had to fight so hard to get this situation remedied, which would not have happened in the first place if they had done what their contract stated they would do.

Excellent work, communication was top notch and completed the work as stated in the timeframe as stated.

The estimate given was prompt, and very reasonably priced. They were able to schedule the job within less than a week of signing the contract. The job was finished in 4 days, which was on point to what we were told.

Roy and his team are complete professionals. They did an outstanding job, from start to finish. Roy will go out of his way to make sure the project is completed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Hired to paint the entire inside of our home, the contract was well written. The second highest of 4 estimates. Poor workmanship, no clean up large amount of paint debris left on floors. Missed areas, peeling on doors, trim poorly done, little to no prep work, drips, bleeding paint from the wall into ceilings. No supervision by franchise owner. The national site clearly defines clean up that was not done.

A sprinkler head was broken but overall very pleasant people and they worked very hard. I would hire them again.

These guys did a very fantastic and a very professional job. I had the estimate done and decided on the colors. Within a week I had my appointment set up and the friendliest group of guys showed up to paint the inside and exterior of my home. I can only recommend these guys. The inside was hand painted, not sprayed, as many people think and everyone was very careful with belongings and our home. It was an overall fantastic experience.

They painted all walls and ceilings in a 3,100 sq ft home. The cost was $3,650 for the labor. I supplied the paint. We changed colors so they painted 2 coats of paint in the walls, 1 on the ceiling and 1 on all the trim including doors and baseboards. The team including Roy and Julio were professional from start to finish.
