"Before I started work for miss f I told her I get 50% down and the rest upon completion she did not want to pay, so we agreed to do one project at a time first horse training circle $500 through packed ground I dug 56 foot trench 1 1/2' x1 1/2' to replace broken wood from dirt packed agents I was never on phone other than music and the H D was only allowing 6 people at a time in store due to vireos. The time I showed up was agreed upon and the time worked was 3 hr from exp i new time at H/D would be just as long I tried to explain 45 minutes to store 11/2 hr getting in store time back set up cords saws compressor we would be pressing."
"the original agreement was 5000$ for the roof to be torn off and replaced and 5000$ for the exterior of the house itself to be scraped and painted. he was not able to pay me in full so i allowed him to pay me in payments of 1500$ a month. i told him that with 1500$ a month our crew be able to work for 3 days out of every month so that i can work on other paying projects in between. as far as the porch and stoop go, we threw in the work for 150$ since we were doing all the work on the rest of his house, that includes tear off, designing and building custom hand rails, leveling, and carpeting, he chose the cheapest carpet and we had a hard time getting the carpet to stick on old concrete, we told him putting the carpet on the stoop would not work because it would be a tripping hazard and we cannot insure that. he then told us that he would finish it himself with rubber cement."
"thank you (consumer name withheld per their request)"
