We can handle any job from big to small and we also offer 24 hr emergency service! Whatever you need done, come to Bone Dry Roofing Florida, Inc. We are a sister company to Bone Dry Roofing located in five midwestern states and nine offices. Bone Dry Roofing Florida owner Gene Judd wanted to bring the Bone Dry Experience to Florida with his daughter Jessica Judd and they opened this location in early 2021. Jessica is the licensed roofing contractor for Bone Dry Roofing Florida. Jessica has vast roofing experience from growing up in the business with her father and working in commercial and residential roofing since graduating from Indiana University. We are excited to serve Sarasota and surrounding areas.

It was rather expensive to have the new metal roof installed, however it did resolve the leaky roof issue. The insurance company would not pay any part of the repair. I was impressed with their ability to place the new metal roof right over the old roof.

They had supervisor on the job at all times. They sent me pictures of progress of the job. Ask me if I had any concerns. Will be back in a week to do quality control. Very pleased I would recommend them highly. They also replaced my decking and showed me pictures of what it looked like. It was a mess.

The workers that were sent use English as a second language. This made it difficult for me to make sure they completed the work on the proposal. It would have been helpful if they had sent a supervisor on this project.

They did a great job calling and setting up the project. I am upset because I called them to come and clean the residue from the mortar when they did the tuck point to repair damaged bricks and they never called me back or came to clean my bricks

They "repaired" my back brick porch/stoop. They had to return 3 or 4 times to fix what they had not fixed and clean up cement left all over my brick patio. The quality of the work was poor and unsightly. I finally let it go thinking that it was fixed even if it looked awful. Now, less than a year later, the cement is cracking and falling out from between the bricks. I called and complained but refused their offer to come back and fix it because I don't think they're qualified to do brick work, and I didn't want to spend more time with them making a mess of my porch and patio. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company doing maintenance on my home, which I've owned for over 30 years.
