Description of Work: The tech that showed up made it clear that this was a 30 minute pre-paid diagnostic...during which time he misdiagnosed the problem. He said he had narrowed the problem down to an electrical problem between the air handler and the outside unit. He would have to do more diagnostic work...when I asked him how he came to those conclusions, he responded that it was because he was a certified A/c tech...apparently questions are not appreciated, and considered "rude". It turned out that neither the compressor nor the air handler, (or anything in between) was the problem, the thermostat was bad. We were caught with having this guy continue, (our A/C was not working) or try to find another provider. I am amazed that anyone would consider not explaining a problem to the home owner...we are just supposed to take his word. In this case, after his condescending comments, this guy was wrong. Was he embarrassed or apologetic, no.

Description of Work: Replaced entire system, including ducts and registers. Added a new line of ducts to bathroom. It was 95 degrees that day. There were 5 guys here all day.....it took over 11 hours, but they were determined to get my air functioning that day. I was sick, so really appreciated all their efforts. Also , fantastic follow up in the days and weeks after.

Description of Work: They came and unclogged the main drain pipe on a Saturday night. The technician arrived about 1 hour after I called, and completed the work including clean up in about 1 hour. Very professional, polite and informative.

Description of Work: When refrigerant was tested he claims it was a little low and later says it needs 2 lbs.added at $52/lb. Then charged for 3/4 hour labor at $78.Was told that the $49 was for 10 minute checkup. I was told that I need leak test performed with a quote of $104 to $468. I remain with the same problem.

Description of Work: Nothing. They did not show on the day they said they would come, nor on the second day they would come. Then I was told they did not see anywhere on their computer that they committed to coming on any particular day. I told the gal to forget it and I hired someone else.

Description of Work: They are very good and do quality work. I will not hire them back, however, because feel that the prices of a major drain cleaning visit and one other toilet replacement job were very high. My regular plumber was unavailable, so I tried them based on Angie's list ratings. Again, they do high quality work but at premium price.

Description of Work: They did a yearly service on my HVAC unit. Seemed thorough, as usual. I used their services in my previous home. The technician left a piece of equipment in my garage and must not have noticed. I called the company the following Monday morning to let them know I would leave it on my front porch for him.

Description of Work: We used Aqua Plumbing and were very satisfied with their work. The people they had do the sheetrock repair were excellent.
