He dismantled the drains, cleaned them and tightened all fittings. He gave me some tips on how to handle the problem in the future. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the bathroom clean when he finished. I paid at the end of the job.

They were super good. They did exactly what was supposed to be done. They did it very punctually. They were very professional, punctual and very careful about making messes. They were clean and got right to it. They were very professional overall. I will use them again.

I just purchased a new home and needed to have my backflow device tested as per the county regulations. When I contacted Aqua there was only one day left to have it tested before they could fine me. Aqua scheduled me over the phone immediately, had someone there the next morning, reported the test results to the county same day and showed genuine concern in helping me avoid any fines. Lastly, they kind enough to bill me as I was not home when they arrived. First experience was inexpensive, professional and exceptional. I would recommend Aqua Plumbing to others.

A complete positive turnaround from an initially bad experience.

Totally satisfied with service. Called on a Saturday morning and a receptionist answered the phone on the 2nd ring. Reception was cheerful and helpful. I requested service on a date and time specific and the plumber was punctual. The plumber was friendly and the job was performed quickly and efficiently. Notably, I was not offered a 2 hour to 4 hour service window. I highly recommend Aqua Services for plumbing problems.

Toilet was leaking, he tightened toilet. A little expensive, but I knew from making the appointment that their minimum fee was $85.

This was an excellent experience. The company answered the phone (which another major plumbing service in this area did not) They promised a plumber would be at our home that morning. He was here in little more than an hour. Fixed the problem, gave me a reasonable bill and left his card. I would definitely recommend Aqua services and will call them the next time I have a problem.

Of course these problems always happen on weekends, right? After placing a call to the Aqua answering service I received a call back from the plumber within 15 minutes. He gave me a rough estimate of costs over the phone and pointed out the weekend prem

I haven?t used them in years, but when I used them they were very good. I have moved so much and lived in condos so I had different people who they used. They were a very good company and I never had any problem with them. They were reliable and nice. I think a friend of mine uses them and they are still good. I had a contract with them at the time I thought that the price was fair.

We called John Miller plumbing and they made appointment for that day.The plumber was right on time and completed the job very professionally.

The plumber, "Sam," knew what he was doing and did a good job. It entailed locating the water line which was buried, cutting off the old gate valve shut off, sweating on the new ball valve so it would be above ground instead of below ground, and required going into the crawl space under the house about six times to properly drain the lines and install the new one. Good thing he was young and limber. I asked him how long he had been doing this, and after joking that it was his second day on the job, said "All my life. My father is a plumber here in Sarasota, and when the other kids were hanging out with their buddies I was working. I didn't like it at the time but in hindsight it was a blessing

I called at 10:00 am for service and they were willing to come out right away. they asked us though if we had the hardware to be installed yet and we said no so we made the appointment for the afternoon to give us time to buy new hardware. We decided at store to also get a reverse osmosis system. Plumber arrived around 3:00 and started on the leak first and replaced some pipes. Then he put in the new hardware. After this he installed the new reverse osmosis system and did a great job fitting it into a small space. The reverse osmosis takes awhile to have its tank filled so it is hard to test right away (he told us this). So while that was filling we went and fixed the clogged drains and he showed me how to take out the drain plugs so I can do it myself next time. I could see some people walking away thinking all was good but he made sure to go back and check everything before leaving again and sure enough one of the small tubes for the reverse osmosis was leaking and he replaced the factory parts with a more sturdy connection and all was good.

I was surprised to discover that the company charged me $250 just to locate the leak when I told the plumber exactly where it was. Instead of taking my word for it he pulled out an elaborate looking probe device with which he touched various areas of the floor softly murmuring: Mmmmmm, Ahhhhhh, and That's It! (I'm surprised he didn't shout 'Eureka') The point he targeted was 10 inches Southeast of my marker. He merrily jack hammered away only to find the leak was where I said it was. After a simple repair on the leak he filled the hole with concrete sand mix and leveled it. I later had to do a bit of finishing work before the flooring could go back down but he did a respectable job. Make sure you ask them how much they're charging to find the leak. If you know where it is you may want to negotiate repair price. Also: They only warranty the repair parts and not the labor. My bill came to just over $350.00. The part cost was under $20.00) Other than that Aqua Services was an OK outfit to do business with and they left everything in good order.

They quality of work they do is good and their prices are reasonable. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

Called in at 8AM was given a time frame of 9-1 the same day arrived at 12:45. Checked out job, got to work and was done in about an hour. Very clean, never knew anyone had done any work.

We bought house "as is" with multiple minor problems. Many found, of course, AFTER the purchase. This repair sequence involved master and guestroom bathroom sinks, and an outside faucet that lost the handle and was operated using vice-grips. "Chuck" showed up on time and was very thorough and professional. All work was performed to our satisfaction. Only negative was the $96 per hour labor charge which I think is too high, but he is only the 2nd plumber engaged since we moved to Florida.

We had a plugged sink waste line in a condo (Lido Beach-Sarasota). Building manager gave us the list of four plumbing contractors and Aqua was the first on the list. I called at 9:30 a.m, explained the problem and plumber was at the door at 11:15. He showed with power "snake" and some small tools. His first reaction - "I never saw anything like this" (sink was filled with water to the top and my attempts to drain it with bucket resulted in more water coming in from the drain hole). I kept removing water with the bucket and asked if he had a "wet vac" to completely drain the sink. Answer - I don't know?!? I asked if he had in in the truck, he said - no. I suggested that he gets one from the building management - he called them and waited for 20 minutes for them to bring it. After draining the sink, spend 30 minutes all together "snaking" the line, cutting and putting together PVC pipe and cleaning under the sink with "Fantastic". Went out, came with the bill 20 minutes later.

Service was very prompt and courteous. Issue was a very simple fix and we were not charged anything except a reduced service call.
