I hired them because Jim V. was the only man to take me on a walk around of work to be done. And point out what had to be done; where I understood necessity of work. When they were done the area was spotless (very nice) I am a disabled combat vet on fixed income so everything seems pricey to me; or I would have rated money value higher. I have been a air now customer for 13 years. Service was always good. The last service call a part was replaced that was under warranty. The whole unit was new 2015. I was extremely upset to be charged $95 for a part that was under warranty. I was told it was a "restocking" fee.

"Good afternoon, the manufacture warranty does not pertain to the company who puts your parts in, they charge what is called a warranty handling fee. We hope we can still be apart of taking care of your unit, however any parts under warranty is through the manufacturer, they ask of a handling fee. Sorry for the confusion."
