It was a pleasure working with AIH. The product arrived well ahead of anticipated date and all dimensions were accurate and installation professionalism outstanding. Unfortunately the supplier had independently substituted fabric and while very close to the order it was not exact. Al made two trips to our home to address and rectify the problem. Dustin provided an excellent installation, arriving on time and paying very close attention to details. Highly recommend AIH.

They were wonderful. The cost covered my small sliders on the side and the three panel one in the back. The price was fair. You got your money's worth. It wasn't a huge bargain and it wasn't a ripoff. It was what I expected to pay for the quality I got. I was not upset at all about the price.

The quality is excellent. They were very prompt. When they said they were coming, they came. It was exactly what they said. They told me it was going to take two and a half weeks, and it took two and a half weeks. They sat down with me and showed me all of the different choices in front of the window.

Everything went smoothly. The shades are well constructed and fit perfectly. The installer was late, but phoned to inform us and to give us a revised time.

Truly pleased with results. AIH was accurate in both measurements and delivery schedule. Promised us shutter would be installed by Christmas and lived up to their promise. And the shutter looks wonderful.

It was very positive. We used them when we were in Florida last winter. There was a problem, but they corrected it, and went the extra mile. They deducted some from our bill, and I think they did a great job.

Got a couple of other quotes for sliders, windows and doors treatments and were provided with many options. AIH was very detailed and was the best price option when all was said and done. They provided a written quote and said it would be between 2-3 weeks before they could install the selected items. Custom / semi custom for al five products.

Two and a half weeks they were on site and the installer Dustin did a great job. He explained what he was going to do and the sequence to include the time frame. Perfect shutters, frames etc. and an equally perfect installation. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and it meet our expectations in all aspects of the process.

AIH was very knowledgeable , professional, and the price was a positive surprise. It is a family owned and run business.

There were other very good companies that we interviewed but I would not hesitate to call AIH again without shopping it around this time. They were simply great to work with, pleasant, and with a great pricing!

I had called several other blind repair companies, and all of them made excuses as to why they couldn't do the job - the job was too small, I lived too far away, they were too busy.  I checked Angie's List and found that AIH Drapery and Blind Service had excellent ratings so I decided to give them a call.  Tammy answered the phone and scheduled a service call for December 23.  The repairman arrived on time and immediately began to assess the problem. He fixed the blind in no time at all, and reinstalled it for me.  He was efficient, polite, and did an excellent job for me.  I would highly recommend AIH for any blind or drapery issue you have.  They will have my business in the future!

Al (The owner) came out to do the measuring.  He obviously knew his profession as he made suggestions for sizing that would insure a good install.  These would be custom sized/made blinds with a 25% discount for Angie's List members.  The other companies I got estimates from were going to give me standard sizing only, but also offered a 25% discount for members.  AIH offered a much better price for the products I needed than the other companies did.. The original estimate was about 3 weeks to get the blinds in.

There was an issue with it being a back order and they had to cancel thee initial install date.  When Jeff called me to tell me he was very apologetic.  I told him I has already taken down the dining room drapes in preparation for the install.  He immediately offered to come and rehang them so I would have privacy until the order came in.

The blinds were installed today.  Jeff (owner's son) showed up on time, did a great installation  job, showed me the features of the blinds, cleaned up and told me to call any time if I had any questions.  The whole process from date of measurements to install was a little over 3 weeks.

It was a genuine pleasure to work with this family owned company.  I would highly recommend them.

Everything went as scheduled without delays. Al was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. He had samples of everything and made selection easy. We were able to get everything ordered and installed before we moved in. Everything looks great. We needed one adjustment on a shutter that they responded to quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase window treatments.

This is one of the best companies that we have ever used.  Having just moved to Florida and experiencing contractor h*** for a year, this company was a breath of fresh air.  They went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase.  They are professional, punctual and so very pleasant to work with.  The price was the most reasonable that we found.  We had an issue with the shades that were installed on our lanai.  The material did not quite cover the opening and let a small beam of light pass through.  Jeff didn't miss a beat.  He came up with the solution of adding a piece to the frame of our pool cage and the problem was solved.  Having just gone through a terrible ordeal with a landscaping company (Blue Sky in Sarasota), we wanted to hold a small amount of money back until the job was completed.  His response was, "don't pay me at all until the job is finished".  What!!!  That is unheard of.  We highly recommend AIH and will use them anytime that we have window covering needs.  THEY ARE THE BEST!

Al came out to measure the windows and discuss what I wanted in window treatments.  He was prompt and professional.  Al had wonderful suggestions and spent quite a bit of time with me while we chose what fabric looked best.  This is a family owned business and I could tell immediately how much pride Al takes in the business.  I never felt rushed and he patiently explained all my options.  Al then took measurements and told me that the shades would be ready sooner than the cornice boards.  He asked if I would prefer to have the installation done all at once or if I wanted the shades installed when they were finished.  Most places do not give you that option because they do not want to come out twice.  I was very pleased.
Jeff, Al's son, called two weeks later and said the blinds were ready.  He came out to install them and was as prompt, friendly and professional as his dad was.  He took time to show me exactly how to operate the remote controlled blinds and to show me several different ways I could use them.  He cleaned up when he was finished and moved the chairs back in place.  
Jeff told me the cornice boards would be finished soon and set the date to return the following week to install them.  Once again, he showed up on time and set to work.  He held up the cornice boards and made sure I was happy with the height before installing them.  The cornice boards are BEAUTIFUL and I am thrilled.  Jeff left my house neat and clean.  He showed me how to change the batteries in the remote controlled shades and said he would always stop by and change them for me if I had any trouble.  
I have a few more windows that need window treatments and I will absolutely go straight to AIH.  I cannot recommend this company enough.  They are absolutely WONDERFUL!

Excellent service.  The shutters are beautiful and high quality.  Jeff was very professional and conscientious.  I have learned that there are many details to consider when ordering shutters.  Jeff explained everything clearly.

Previous owner had left the blinds on 4 sliding glass doors to outside. Slats had fallen off, causing us to believe that the product was inferior and should be replaced for upwards of $2,000. To his credit, Al from AIH convinced us that the existing product was of high quality but had not been used properly and only required adjustment so that there was no need to purchase from AIH (or anyone else) new blinds. So AIH performed the work described, including some new slats and adjustments, saving us the high cost of replacement.
