My experience with Southern Charm Floors was so much more than I expected. They were wonderful from the estimate to job completion. They arrived as promised and did an outstanding job. From the moment we met Fred, the owner of Southern Charm, we felt very sure that his company was the right one for the job. Freds demeanor is calm and confident. After working with him, we realized he really cares about his customers. We hired them to tear out old floors and install luxury vinyl planks throughout the entire house. (2000sq ft.) We all agreed it would be best if we moved out while the work was ongoing. We happily moved out with our 2 dogs and turned our house over to Fred and his crew. We had complete confidence that the job would go well and it did. 4 days later the job was done and we returned home to a beautiful new floor. Freds crew moved our furniture and handled the appliance moving. They also removed and reset the toilets to accommodate the flooring. Fred updated us with photos daily. They also installed new baseboard which really made the floor look elegant. It has been such a pleasure to work with Fred and his crew. We did stop by during the installation and his crew could not have been more respectful and courteous. This was such a great experience that we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. If you hire Southern Charm for your job, you will not be disappointed.

Fred came out the day after I called him. Replaced my pergo floors. He and his crew were great. Very professional and helpful. Fred even came the day of the hurricane to put my furniture back in place. He and the crew were very helpful.

Fred did 3 projects one right after the other at our home: Replaced pool & lanai decking with pavers; Replaced concrete driveway with pavers; and Installed LVT flooring throughout entire house. It was excellent work. The prices were good and competitive. I would have him do more work for us again.

We had an excellent experience. Fred was knowledgeable, provided helpful guidance on trim and grout for our backsplash, and followed up consistently. He offered a great price and set up install for the next day. Eric arrived early for the install and was clearly an expert in his field. We chose a tile requiring a lot of cutting and detail work and he was quick, efficient and respectful of our home. Iâ d highly recommend Southern Charm.

First, we rarely post reviews and when we do it is only for exceptionally great service. We just had one of those exceptional experiences provided by Fred Megahee (owner) and his team at Southern Charm Floors & More to replace our really ugly concrete driveway and walkways with pavers. Despite numerous unforeseeable complications, Fred personally was present to assure we were completely satisfied with the project. This included coming out on a Sunday morning! No doubt this kind of work ethic is why he has been in business for over forty years. We strongly recommend Southern Charm if you need pavers, patios, pool decks or interior flooring! The owner Fred was great. We spoke for months before I pulled the trigger, and Fred was there for all my random questions and concerns during that time. After the pavers were put in, Fred himself came to seal them today, and they look great. I highly recommend Southern Charm and Floors.

Fred Magahee and his crew were the best choice I could have made. Every attention to detail was addressed from his arrival to to final plank. I had hired Southern Charm for a previous paving job so the chioce of a tile installer was an easy one. The job of moving the furniture; washer, dryer, refrig.,stove everything was no problem. The job of tiling under the toilet concerned me but there again no problem. The complete job took about 6 hours.
