My pool has not been clear and usable for 2 months inspite of weekly pool service. Mike, with NuWave pools, came on Tues., 6/3 to check out my pool. He immediately diagnosed the problem and took immediate action. Mike installed a new cartridge filter, balanced the chemicals and instructed me on what to do. By Thus., 6/5, I could finally see the drain in the 9.5 ft deep end of the pool. Today, 6/10, the pool is In perfect condition, sparkling blue water. Mike was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had the tools and materials on his truck to handle all this. The NuWave management team, (Tim & Matthew), was very friendly and cooperative and handled this project quickly and professionally. Customer service advised me of the events surrounding the installation of my pool Light. If any issue arose such of the projected timeframe changing they informed right away. I highly recommend them for your lighting needs .

Used this company for over 3 years. Went through several technicians (as expected), however, management did not make sure these technicians were properly caring for the pool. Finally decided to hire another company because my pool had green slime down the side AFTER the technician supposedly did the weekly maintenance. Notified management and they did nothing. This happened several times over the 3 years. If you are paying someone to take care of the pool, they should take care of the pool!

I've been using NuWave Pools for years to service my swimming pool. They are reliable and dependable and do a great job! Whenever there is a need for my pool they always email me a quote and follow up accordingly. And if I have personally needed something regarding my pool, my request is always handled promptly. The service technician is professional and friendly. Each time he services the pool, I receive an email with photos along with the water and chemical logs on the service date which I greatly appreciate.

We just bought the house and needed to get the pool ready for our grandkids to visit for the holidays. They put me on their schedule; I had a handrail installed, a pool light fixed and a pool heat pump installed. Wes was very professional and friendly and polite. He knew his stuff and everything came out great. Completed quick as promised. Great value for the money. Thank you all so much. Tim was so helpful in answering all of my questions. Great company! Hire them!
