Steve worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. He was recommended by my tile man. The price seemed reasonable for the job. I did not get other bids, as I wanted to get my shower job completed. From what I found on the Internet, though, Steve was well within expected cost.

He came in for an estimate and stated that we should first have another leak specialist come in to see if the house really needed to be re-piped or if it was just a single leak. That alone, could have saved us thousands of dollars had it gone the other way. He gave us a convenient date and time. His estimate was that he would be in and out all in one day. I thought that was asking too much on the hope side as our house is a 4 bedroom, two bath. Those guys worked hard! No unexpected mess. They understood that we were without water and got to us much quicker than other estimates would have. Everything was done in the one day, good work, no mess, who could ask for more!

He was very responsive, he called right before the appointment to confirm the address, he went to the wrong apartment and did the work for another apartment, and when we called him they came back and fixed it for no charge at all to us. They were very good about making us feel like they cared about our services.

I feel like he is a little expensive with his prices but overall I guess it s worth the price. They are very good repairing any and everything. They clean up very well and I found them to be very responsive. I first found him through a warranty company and I later learned on my own that he was wonderful.

He was a little late but called to make sure that was going to be OK. (It was.) He identified the part he needed in about five minutes then he left to pick up the part. When he returned he installed the faucet handle and it works beautifully. He was courteous, professional, punctual, and did a very good job. It did cost a little more than I was expecting (the total work time was less than 15 minutes; the rest of the time was spent getting the parts) but overall it was a good experience.

The plumber showed up on time and fixed all of the problems is a very timely fashion. He was able to fix and clear the drains that could be fixed and replace the pipes that were leaking. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with a environmentally friendly product to clear our pipes with.

THE WORKERS FOR THIS COMPANY ARE RATHER GRUFF AND TREATED ME LIKE I DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I HAVE A CO-PAY THAT I MUST PAY WHEN A COMPANY MY HOME WARRANTY SENDS OUT FOR SERVICE DOES WORK. I PAID THIS, BUT WAS TOLD I WOULD OWE AN EXTRA $100 TO INSTALL A THERMAL EXPANSION THAT WAS NOW REQUIRED BY CODE. I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THAT WAS A NECESSARY ITEM. I HAD NO CHOICE IN THE REPLACEMENT WATER HEATER THEY INSTALLED. THEY TOLD ME NOTHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OR WARRANTY ON IT EVEN WHEN I ASKED. I AM GLAD TO REPORT THAT MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY NO LONGER USES THIS PLUMBER AND I THINK I KNOW WHY. I WOULD NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PLUMBING WORK.

"THIS MEMBER IS CORRECT IN SAYING WE ARE NO LONGER WITH HER HOME INSURANCE COMPANY. THE REASON WE ARE NOT IS FOR THE REASONS SHE HAS STATED. WE, AS A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR HER INSURANCE COMPANY, WERE INSTRUCTED NOT TO TALK TO HOMEOWNERS ABOUT THEIR PROBLEMS. THE WARRANTY COMPANY IS IN BUSINESS TO MAKE A PROFIT, AND THIS PROFIT OFTEN COMES AT THE EXSPENSE OF THE SERVICE CONTRACTER, OUR HANDS ARE TIED. THIS FEELING OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GIVE CUSTOMERS OUR BEST SERVICE WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO US. WE HAVE SINCE CUT BACK OUR WORK FORCE AND HAVE KEPT THE CREAM OF THE CROP, ALLOWING US TO GIVE THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. IN RESPONSE TO THIS RESTRUCTURING, OUR OLD CUSTOMERS HAVE FOLLOWED US FROM THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN TRUST US WITH QUALITY SERVICE, NOT THE CHEAPENED KIND DEMANDED BY THE WARRANTY COMPANIES.
