When I called around to get estimates, Todd was the only one who treated me like a person and not just another a number. It was calling a family friend who just happens to be an expert plumber. He was willing to just install a water heater that I purchased from Home Depot without trying to "upsell" me from one he supplies. He was up front with what the process was and what the price included. The day of the install, he arrived within the timeframe window he gave me and finished the job in about an hour and a half. In short, Todd was very knowledgable and honest. He has competitive pricing and did a great job! I will definitely work with him in the future and would recommend him to anybody!

This is the third time I’ve hired Todd and he was great. He answered the phone right away and was able to come over the same day. After inspecting the faucet he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provided two options. Once we ordered our new faucet he came back and installed it. Everything went very smoothly and he was able to perform the work in about 15 minutes.

Todd will give you an honest, knowledgeable assessment of the issue you are having and a thorough explanation of what it will take to do the repair. He will not charge for repairs that are not needed just to increase his profit. I will hire again if the future.

Todd, as usual, had the problem identified by the time I finished describing it to him. It seems this type of shower valve routinely starts getting hard to shut off to the point that the handle breaks off completely leaving the shower still on - not good! He advised me to stop using the shower until he could drop by and fix it. The fix meant disassembling the valve and replacing the cartridge with a new one (much harder than it sounds, and requires a special manufacturer tool). Todd did this quickly and the resulting replacement was amazingly easy to turn.

The work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. All questions asked were answered in detail. Very pleasant experience.
