My Hyundai Sonata has over 110,000 miles on it and is therefore out of warranty---so when the starter began to fail I looked for an alternative to the dealership service center. I have been driving by Harrell and Beverly for 24 years now never needing a transmission service nor realizing that they also perform auto repair services. My search led me to them and I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. They are a family-owned business and it is obvious that they truly care about their customers. I was greeted warmly by each member I encountered; I was well-informed from start to finish about all repairs, the cost of the repairs and the time-table of completion. They even retained my old and damaged parts to show me. My car was returned to me running great and even cleaner than when I dropped it off. They treated me very well. They seem quite trustworthy (you know how difficult it is gain the trust of car repair company's) and I plan to go back to them next week for some additional repairs.

The car was old but with the heater stick on it just made it worse. We were not happy about it. My son does not have a car now.

In my experience they are honest and very good at what they do. They are also efficient on their time and cost estimates, so there are no surprises. They are a bit pricey, but in this case you get what you pay for. They are all polite and the facility is spotless. It's a pleasure to get work down on my car! And that's very rare these days!

These guys are very honest. I've been going here for about 15 years and they're always checking your cars. They are very prompt about their appointments and their honesty is the best part. In going there, they are going to tell you how it is, if it's worth fixing or not. They have a very clean shop and they are very organized. Their prices too are very competitive.

I drove my car to their shop and they brought me back home so I wouldn't have to sit in there waiting room. Then picked me up when the work was done. I have never had to do a return visit for the same problem. These people are sharp and you wouldn't believe how honest. You will not get junk done just to pad the bill. Trust these guys! You won't go wrong.

Very Professional and detailed. All the staff was comumicative. They called us as requested for repair detail and estimate - faxed us the details and walked us through it over the phone. The car was done when they said it would be and the estimate for repair was pretty on point to exact costs. You will definately get what you pay for here - professional - educated mechanics and

Estimate was actually higher than actual price when they were done due to a part coming in cheaper than they thought. Car was done in timeframe they mentioned. Price was less than another estimate I received. And they were extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Visiting Harrell and Beverly is like being on the set of "Pleasantville." Every employee is polite, attentive, efficient, and effective. The work is always done on time or early, and the estimates are always spot-on. They are incredibly detailed in their explanations of work to be done and their paperwork is also detailed and organized. The shop is clean and easy to get to. I trust them completely and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of a good auto mechanic.
