I have a maintenance agreement. They are good. They get "A's" across the board. I'd continue to use them.

Overall within the office everything is great.

It has to do with actual work being done. They could work on attention to detail.

Example, I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment they missed one tire that was low so the alignment was wrong and ended up needing a new tire.

I encountered issues with professionalism. They're very punctual.

The cost was a market cost. They were obviously A, that is why I went back.

They are terrific. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. It's not close and it's like I have to get on the highway to go there but I trust them very much and they're really good. So, even though I pay a little more they take care of the car and I've had this car for 8 years now. The price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them.

David Maus is an excellent dealership to work with. I had an issue with the warranty on the paint from my car, I drove in, they made the report, and made an appointment to have the paint repaired- no hassle at all.

They charged me an $89 diagnostic fee to determine why my A/C wasn't working and when I said I wanted to get a second quote said it would cost $500 to put my pickup back together. They had possession of my vehicle so I had no choice but to have them do the repair. They certainly made sure that 'price didn't get in the way of a sale.' The service representative was rude, called me names and will not see me again!

To start they wanted to charge us for a diagnostic that every other place would do for free, I called and said I wanted the car back and then the manager offered to do it for free. They could not tell us what was wrong with the car but felt that a transmission flush would take care of it. They also advised us that we needed new breaks and tires (which we did). After we got the car back it was less than a month before the oil light came on, we took it back and they told us that they forgot to reset the sensor and they had put a dented oil filter on. They fixed this for free and gave us a car wash for our troubles. About 2 weeks later the check engine light came back on. We read the manual for our car (Saturn Ion) and the manual said you should NEVER need to change the transmission fluid, I feel this was an unnecessary charge and it did not fix the problem. At this point we took the car to a local small repair shop that spent more time with the car and actually fixed the problem, we did not trust bringing the car back to the dealership after the experience we had with the oil.

Brad was our Service Advisor, he kept us apprised of the progress of the repair, offered a loner car if needed (it wasn't). The repair took a little longer than the service hours so we got it first thing the next morning. Thus far no problems and the noise is gone.Brad was very professional and personable and I would have no problem bringing my vehicle back to them for service.

My car is out of its warranty, so I just had regular servicing done, like 45,000 mile service or something like that, and they were reasonable. I would rate them highly in all aspects.
