TUESDAY MORNING INC

Tuesday Morning helped me find a jewelry armoire that I fell in love with the first time I saw it at the Britton Plaza location.  This is a long story so I will attempt to give the condensed version.  First of all,  I wear very little jewelry so I'm not normally the type that gets all excited about jewelry and jewelry boxes so it had to be something special to get me to purchase one in the first place.   I have very sentimental pieces that I wanted to organize.   I had given up my quest since everything I found in other stores was Made in China and very poorly put together.  Then, while I was doing some Christmas shopping looking at the gourmet foods, candies, and coffee at the Britton Plaza Tuesday Morning, my husband called my attention to the fact that there were jewelry boxes there.  When I looked there were several and I loved just one in particular:  The Powell Wilmington Cherry.     American made.  Beautiful jewelry armoire.  I saw it twice there before Christmas and just after.  When I received a gift certificate for my birthday, I rushed to get it and it was gone.  The clerk at the Britton store said they might have it at another location and to try.  My husband and father encouraged me to call other locations.  I called and went by 4.  A friend went by 1.  I ended up emailing Tuesday Morning's corporate office and they were extremely helpful and said that there was definitely one at the Tyrone location.  I called and had a very friendly conversation with the clerk.  We drove there that Saturday.  When I got there I was so excited to finally find it.  Everyone at the Tyrone location was so helpful.     It was damaged, but not bad, and as a result I received a very nice discount.  They carefully wrapped it  and loaded it on a dolly to help load it in our truck.  I haven't been that pleased with a purchase in a very long time.  Gorgeous.   I estimated the cost since I needed to include the value of the gift certificate.  It's awesome to get such a beautiful, well-made product, and pay less than half of what it is worth.  Happy, happy customer.  I've been a Tuesday Morning customer for years and will stay a loyal customer because of how well they handled this whole situation.
