They never completed the job. They never removed the stump.

The project started out to have the branches of my oak tree trimmed away from the roof but Scott noticed there were alot of dead and diseased limbs.  He accurately diagnosed, (as confirmed by a city inspector), the tree was infested with borer insects, cancer and had to be cut down and hauled away.  They worked with my budjet by providing a militay discount on a job that would have cost alot more to be done.  They just had completed a tree removal for my nieghbor who was very pleased with their professionlism and how they throughly cleaned up the tree's branches. leafs and trunk that the only evidence of the tree was a bare spot on the lawn.  I was impressed on how he took care to carefully cut the limbs so they could be removed without causing any damage to my house and as with my neighbort the cleaning up the job site.
