Everything went totally as expected.

The job foreman, Armando, was very professional and thorough. After the tear off, there was not one spec of trash, garbage, debris or nails anywhere on my property.

The work was very noisy at its peak and I would recommend not staying at home until it is concluded.

I had a wind mitigation report prepared after the work was complete by my home inspector. He indicated that the work was top quality.

I was so pleased with the whole process that I sent a letter to Mr. Owens directly. (I did not work directly with him during the bidding process and the installation.)

See Note Above. I think my requirement for I-9s in the contract made him not respond.

The people who did the work were fine. They were professional and responsive. Overall, the work was fine. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did very well. The inspector recently informed me I have about 9 years left on it, which was slightly longer than Owens had expected.

They did a good job and they were very reputable. I had many recommendations from several friends. They were on time and completed the work quickly. They also cleaned up well when they were finished. I also had them come back and fix another area of the roof that they had not done before and they fixed it for me.

When they had the underlayment on, we had a huge freak storm. So there was water coming into the house and they came out right away to check it. The roof went on right away, then they quickly had Abner Painting come and fix all of the damage inside on the ceiling and paid for it.

When I call RJ Owens about leaks in my roof, their response is not always the best. Sometimes they are right on it and sometimes they forget and don't show up when they say they will. The last two times that repair men came to my house, I asked that they please inspect the entire roof because I was tired of leaks and having to call them. They assured me the roof was of quality. I just had another leak repaired and I am hoping this is the last time. The repair man did not show up on the first scheduled day, it took him 2 weeks to complete the repairs, I never knew when he was coming or going or even when he was finished. They did not tell me when they were complete and left shingles and tar paper in the yard. In conversations with the roofers, they express concerns about the overall quality and the running of the company, as well as expressed (openly) their dislike for Mr. Owens. I do not recommend this company because they are not consistent in service and very poor professionalism.

They are very clean and prompt and it at a good price. I have used them before and would use them again. They work with you. RJ Owens is the way to go.

I called three weeks ago and requested they come out on Mon or Tues. when I am home to look at leaks. I did not hear from them for 2 1/2 weeks. I call again and they say they are coming out on Wed. I told them I was not home on Wed and had requested Mon or Tues. They said they overlooked that. This is becoming quite a nightmare and headache.

I had a roof leak and called several companies for estimates. I called Owens and a representative called back and scheduled an appointment for an estimate the next day between 1:00- 3:00 PM. At 3:30PM he had not arrived. I called the company and was told he was right there in the office and he got on the phone. He said he saw the appointment in the morning but got busy and forgot. Unfortunately I said my first impression was colored by the lack of concern and did not have them come out.

The representative that came to the house provided addresses of homes that had been previously done in like tiles for us to see before committing ourselves to the project. We were very pleased with the time it took from approval of the contract to completion of the job. The workers cleaned up after themselves and waited for our approval before leaving.

They did a great job for me. I had trouble finding someone, since I had an asbestos roof, but they did a good job.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

HE WAS SPECTACULAR! STORMS WERE STARTING TO COME AND HE HURRIED TO REPLACE THE ROOF. HE'S A PRO.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THE CLEANUP FAIR. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE RETURNED MY CALLS AND WHEN THE REPRESENTATIVE COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS SUFFICIENTLY, I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER, RJ OWENS, WHO WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY STARTED ONE DAY BEHIND THE SCHEDULED START DATE, BUT WORKED WITH EXTRA CREW MEMBERS TO COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN THE NEGOTIATED TIME FRAME. EVEN THOUGH I EMPHASIZED CLEANUP, THERE WERE STILL A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF NAILS LEFT (I FOUND AROUND 50+ ON THE GROUND.) ALSO, THE WORKERS THREW SEVERAL DOZEN CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND AND DID NOT PICK THEM UP. I ATTRIBUTE THIS TO THE CREW WORKING LATE ON FRIDAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB ON TIME. I DO NOT THINK THIS IS THE NORM. ALL IN ALL, I AM PLEASE AND IMPRESSED (AS WERE MY NEIGHBORS) WITH THE QUALITY OF THE NEW ROOF, THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK TO COMPLETE THE WORK, AND THE OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND TOOK A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING WHAT I NEEDED DONE, WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE, AND WHAT IT WOULD COST. GAYLE WAS EASY TO GET ON THE PHONE WHEN I HAD FOLLOWUP QUESTIONS. GOOD EXPERIENCE.

OUT OF 9 DIFFERENT ESTIMATES THEY WERE AT THE LOW END WITH THE BEST PRODUCT. THEY WERE JUST GREAT. THEY ACCEPTED THE PAYMENT AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE AND GAVE US A NICE DISCOUNT. THERE WERE MAYBE 3 DIFFERENT CREWS AND THEY WERE ALL PHENOMENAL, CLEAN AND EFFICIENT. THEY EVEN MADE SURE TO WALK AROUND THE YARD TO PICK UP ANY NAILS THAT MAY HAVE FALLEN.
