The results were amazing!
Dalli didn't use steam.  His citrus solution and machine brushing brought our 20 year old light beige carpet back to life. There was a small upcharge due to the pet stains and traffic dirt which had accumulated over those years and which had not been removed by a number of steam cleanings. It was well worth it.
When my wife saw the results she was ecstatic!
Our pest control service man thought we had bought new carpet.

He called 20 minutes after the appointed time to say he had to stop by his shop to pick up things and he would be right over. He arrived 40 minutes after the appointed time.  After looking at the carpet in the rooms that had to be cleaned, he said that parts of the master bedroom had to be pretreated because they were too dirty. He asked for help to but an easy chair and recliner on the bed to clear up more floor space to clean. He pretreated the areas of carpet that needed ($50.00 extra) and shampooed, cleaned and suctioned the carpets to get the excess water out. He packed up his equipment, left his card and left. Unfortunately, the recliner and easy chair were still on the bed and were extremely difficult to get down.  The carpets were supposed to be dry in two hours but it took overnight for them to completely dry.  We gave a overall "A" because the carpets were very clean when he finished and he was very conscientious about his work.  We will call him again next year to clean the carpets again and we hope they do not need pretreated in the future.

Al showed up right on time ,10 am with a call before that. He was professionals, informative, explaining the steps he'd be using. Al was friendly, and complete in finishing the job. The rugs look great and we're almost completely dry by the time Al left. I would have him come again to clean my rugs.

From beginning to end Al was absolutely wonderful to work with.  Within a day or so of our initial inquiry Al came to our home, provided us with a quote, and scheduled the work.  Al was extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process.  Upon completion we were blown away with the results.  The carpet and tile flooring looked/felt brand new!!  I would absolutely recommend Al and will use him again in the future.  We can't thank him enough for doing such an amazing job!

Al scheduled our appointment within just a few days. He showed up on time, examined our rugs, and gave us a quote. He also honored his 10% Angie's list member discount. Our rugs (8 x10, 5 x7, and two 3 x 4) were not very soiled, but after the holidays and visitors with pets, they needed refreshed.  He explained his process and assured the safe treatment of our different carpet textures. The rugs came out very clean and dried in about 2 hours, they look great. We liked that he uses natural cleaning agents and stream extraction. We will use Al again, thinking ahead about our car interiors... and would recommend him to anyone!

Al called ahead to confirm and showed up on time.  The work was done quickly and was very well done.  An estimate was given before the work started and the final price was exactly the same as the estimate.  Al was very professional, friendly, and explained what he was doing, alerting me to potential problem spots as he worked.  I would use this company again.

He was very honest about having to upcharge for stains.  Said, if we don't like it, we don't have to pay.  He did a great job.  Got carpet as clean as it could get given age and use.  Pet friendly.  Dried quickly.  He is also quite personable.  We would recommend him to anyone.

This is a fantastic service provider!  He was very easy to work with for scheduling and let me add additional services at the last minute.  He's professional, quick and extremely organized.  He operates very thoughtfully, carefully and deliberately.  He's got a very detailed methodology and doesn't just come in and run a cleaner and leave.  He genuinely cares about doing a good job and his company's reputation.  I'd hire him again in a minute.  Call Al, his work is great and the value of the work performed was unbelievable. He's prompt, professional, dilligent, and a very pleasant person to do business with.  When I moved into my unit, my property manager told me the carpets were cleaned before I moved in, but there were some areas that could not be fixed....not an issue for this company.  Thanks for a job well done!

Al did an exceptional job! I had just had another service clean the carpets in Feb. and they were horrible! The steps had dirty water stains running down the front and they were saturated. It took 4 days for them to dry. Al CLEANED the steps and all of the bedrooms in no time and they floors were dry in an hour, the steps took a little longer, but not 4 days!!!
I would definitely recommend Al. I am a Real Estate Professional and I see a great deal of 
"cleaning", by far Al is at the top of the list!

The carpets were filthy before he came out, and they look fantastic now. Not new looking, but we weren't expecting anything near to that since they haven't been cleaned in at least five years. All the stains are gone and the rooms smell much fresher. The chairs now look like they did when we first bought them, and the area rugs look cleaner than when we first bought them!
Very professional, thorough, and nice to deal with. We will be using this company again in the future.

Al did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in my two-level condominium, including the stairs! I'd highly recommend him, especially for high-rise condos, since his equipment doesn't have to be hooked to an outside vehicle like most companies. He was early, did the job quickly & thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with!
