Over the past 15 or more years this company has been there whenever we needed them. They apply a powder to the light switches and electrical outlets. They do not use any liquid poisons inside the home. Several times a year they spray outdoors, around our pool and all around doors and windows. If needed they will return and reapply at no extra cost. Their personnel are all courteous .

He is punctual and actually sometimes a little early. He does a very good job getting rid of the pests. I would highly recommend him!

In the spring and in the fall Julian calls to schedule an appointment to apply the chemicals that maintain our pest free environment. He also checks for any signs of insect or vermin invasion and takes the necesary precautions if needed.

Julian is the best! When we came back to house after several months we discovered that a rat had been living in the house! I called Julian and he came to the house immediately! He spent hours at the house searching for the "non-rent paying tenant". He set traps and told me to call him if one was sprung. I must have called him 5 times in one day - and he showed up immediately every time! He did manage to catch the rat outside the house on roof - after not finding any possible way for the rat to gain entrance into the house, Julian finally figured out that it had come in through the toilet! (I made the mistake of draining the water, and after 5 months it had all evaporated! I won't do that again!) He also baited the house for palmetto bugs! Haven't seen one since! Julian and his staff are the best - I would recommend him to everyone!

This is one of the most professional companies I've dealt with in all my years living in Florida. Julian was very thorough, explained every component of his services, how it worked, how he would follow-up, etc. His service was prompt and effective, and I never had any problems with bugs after utilizing his service. Truly amazing to find a company as good as this one in this day and age. I would recommend Pest Control Solutions and Services to anybody.

Called PCS at noon to get an estimate on removing some bees that had nested in a crack in a backyard tree. Was told they could be there by the afternoon. We actually agreed on 7pm as the owner said "your schedule is out schedule" so I didn't even have to miss work or other appointments. I was quoted far less than other companies. PCS showed up right at 7 as promised and were done by 7:45. They removed the bees, applied a foam to seal the tree cracks, and then applied an agent to kill straggling bees that might return following the removal. They even refoamed another tree where I had bees removed last year and the foam had been eaten away somewhat by squirrels or something. I would definitely recommend PCS and use them again.

It went extremely well. I had a rodent problem in my garage which is attached to my house, so it needed to be resolved immediately. I was working on it myself with good success, but I needed Julian to make sure all the rodents were gone and to find out how they entered the garage. I found the last rodent trapped between some cabinets, and Julian removed it and, with his helper, moved all the old cabinets which had become a rodent condo. I had paid someone $1,000 last year to rodent proof my house, and Julian found that the foam used to seal crawl space openings where wire or vents would not work was being removed by the rodents. Julian cemented these holes, providing me a permanent solution, and installed special vents to exclude rodents from using breaches in the screening on the crawl space vents. Julian spent the time to do exactly what he said he would do, came to the house two or three times, and was always on time. Julian was very easy to work with and didn't try to sign me up for some extermination contract that I did not need. I would highly recommend Julian for any rodent/bug problem you have.

We've had a contract with this company for several years and are very pleased with their work. Julian is always professional and knowledgeable and has dealt with numerous issues for us over the years--from basic semiannual preventive measures to one-time issues with roaches or ants--or rodents that somehow get into the attic areas. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

We have used Julian's company for several years. As usual, we were not disappointed. He is always on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Plus, he works well with pets and children, which is important to us. For example, today he was willing to call me on my phone when the exterior was concluded so that the dog wouldn't go "gonzo" with a doorbell ringing which would have led to a shortened toddler nap. Furthermore, I truly appreciate that his treatment does not leave a pungent odor. I have used other services in the past that always resulted in a headache due to the chemicals used. This is not the case with Pest Control Solutions. I highly recommend his services.

He was fabulous and I recommend him. I liked his attitude, I like that he showed up on time, and I like that he was very thorough. He didn?t just go behind the fridge, he moved the fridge out of the way. He explained what created the roach problem and he explained how his formula worked. The house was infested but he treated it then treated it again two weeks later, and now the roaches are gone. I bought an Angie?s List coupon and I thought it was very reasonable. I would use him myself and I would recommend him highly.

We've had an annual contract with Pest Control Solution for 3+ years. The price has not gone up. When we had an issue with fruit rats Julian helped us get that under control as well. Every three months he comes out to treat for bugs and to check the bait box for rodents. If we have any problems between visits with sighting bugs we simply call and he comes out within a few days to do a treatment at no extra cost. Julian is always on-time and prompt. I highly recommend this company.

I have an annual agreement with him. He is very good. He takes care of my needs very well. I don?t have any problems with the pests anymore. He goes above and beyond his call of duty. Once when he had come out to do the regular pest control, he fixed the door on my cabinet. I?ll use him again in the future.

Julian goes about his work methodically, treating the interior of the house, the attic and around the exterior perimiter of the house. He is always friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. He is very responsive when unexpected problems occur and promptly comes to treat the source of the problems. He even had treats for our pets!

They were able to treat my house within a few days of initial contact. They were very responsive, punctual, prompt and polite. They worked around and accommodated my schedule. Julian was the service technician who treated our house. He was great with my pets and daughter. He took the time to explain how the treatments work, why it's safe for my family and even gave me some pointers on my flower garden. A while later we found that we had rats in our attic. Julian set traps and came back to empty the traps sometimes on a daily basis. We also had a spot under our pool deck that looked like something was digging under it. They came to our house and investigated the problem. They found that it was just drainage from our deck and made a suggestion on how to fix the problem. They didn't charge us for the trip even though it wasn't bug related. I would highly recommend this company. They have been awesome!

HE PATIENTLY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND REASSURED US THAT WE WOULD BE BUG FREE IN A DAY OR TWO, WHICH WE INDEED WERE. HE CAME OUT FOR AN INITAL VISIT AND TWO SUBSQUENT FOLLOW UP VISITS AND WAS ACTUALLY A FEW MINUTES EARLY FOR ALL 3 - WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU HAD A REPAIR/SERVICE PERSON EARLY FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AT YOUR HOME? THIS IS THE FIRST COMPANY I'VE GOTTEN OFF OF ANGIE'S LIST AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
