I had a provider for almost 3 years, and they didn't maintain the machines as I know, now, they should have. For $2300, and less than 3 years, the company was slack in customer service. Lousy quality water so immediately looked for new provider. Found Nick with Neptune. He was same day prompt and very clean, efficient. work. He was able to use quite a bit of what I had in place and saved me $700.00 for which I am grateful. I will call him again with any other changes I want to make.

Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. I spoke with him on Wednesday and he had my water softener and reverse osmosis system installed on Saturday. His prices are better than the other companies I spoke with. Very prompt service. Thank You very much Nick.

Nick was prompt to install my reverse osmosis system and service my water softener. He had all the tools necessary & took the extra time to make sure that everything was done right. It is nice to know that i can call on him for any issues if they arise as well as annual services. I will be referring him to anyone I know who is in the market for RO or water softener system.
