They left a worm under the felt the first time and charged me in full (I paid it, $279. I called the owner the next day to discuss the issue. He said it would cost him $160 out of pocket to send employees back out to fix the problem (he wasn't going to charge me). I offered to buy new felt and have them re-felt it at a discounted cost so he wouldn't be so out of pocket. Any deal would have been good as regular installation is $389. I had been waiting for the owner to call me back to give me the price that I would have to pay. I had a hair appointment that day and wanted to write them a check before I left. After I left for the appointment, their employee called me screaming to come back right away and pay them in full. I turned around, missed my appointment, and wrote them a check for the full amount. When I got back from the appointment, the check was ripped in half, the pool table was completely torn apart, all the rubber bumpers were slashed with a knife, the felt was torn apart, and the screws in the pockets were taken out and lying on the floor. When I called the office to report it, she told me that the owner (Mike) instructed them to do that. I then left Mike a very nice voicemail to resolve the issue peacefully and said that I would still pay the full price to have them put it back together. They have ignored all calls, texts, and emails so I plan on hiring a new company but I'm still out all the money I paid them initially.

They are pretty knowledgeable and did a decent job. The technicians that did the setup at the table were very friendly and knowledgeable, took their time and did a good quality job.

WE PURCHASE A POOL TABLE FROM A FRIEND AND PAID MIKE'S TO DELIVER/SET-UP. VERY PROFESSIONAL/PUNCTUAL. WE PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TO A SECOND FLOOR AREA. MIKE DID NEGLECT TO MENTION A MILEAGE FEE WHEN I FIRST ARRANGED SERVICE, SO I QUESTIONED THAT AND REFUSED PAYMENT THE DAY OF SERVICE. HE AGREED THAT HE MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN TO MENTION THAT WHEN TELLING ME FEES AND ARRANGING SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. SO, I DID NOT PAY MILEAGE BUT FOR THE AGREED UPON AMOUNT ONLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB SETTING UP OUR TABLE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED OR FOR ANY FUTURE REPAIRS NEEDED.
